Tomorrow is Cinco De Mayo and JOEY Restaurants has a few kits that can help you complete your spread to celebrate.
I tried the JOEY Restaurants DIY Guacamole Kit ($15) which took about 15 minutes to prepare and resulted in a tasty, fresh guacamole that we enjoyed at home with the included tortilla chips.
