According to a recent survey conducted by Ancestry, Canadians are looking to amp up the spice level this holiday season with more than one quarter (26%) revealing they would prefer a spicier meal for the holidays over a traditional turkey feast. A provincial breakdown can be found here:

These are the findings of a survey conducted by Ancestry (October 20th to 24th, 2023) among a representative sample of 1,508 online Canadians who are members of the Angus Reid Forum.
