HEINZ has introduced a new way to enjoy fries on the move with the launch of the HEINZ Dipper, a fry box designed with a built-in compartment for ketchup. The packaging addresses a familiar challenge for takeout and stadium dining, where balancing sauce packets or finding a flat surface for dipping often leads to spills or skipped condiments.

The container features a dedicated well that holds ketchup securely alongside the fries, allowing for easy dipping without opening separate packets. The design reflects a focus on practical use during drive-thru visits, quick-service meals, and sporting events, where hands-free convenience and reduced mess can improve the overall eating experience.
Rollout of the new fry box is underway across participating restaurants and sports stadiums in eleven countries. Distribution includes locations in Canada, the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Italy, Portugal, the Philippines, Thailand, China, and Kuwait. Availability will vary by venue and will be offered while supplies last, positioning the launch as a large-scale test for broader adoption in the brand’s Away From Home channel.
The initiative forms part of a wider effort by The Kraft Heinz Company to extend their presence beyond grocery shelves and into foodservice settings, where packaging can play a direct role in how consumers interact with familiar products. By rethinking the standard fry box, the company is exploring how design can support everyday eating occasions without changing the food itself.
