Gangnam Market is a fun, trendy Asian-American supermarket that I visited in Chicago. The sleek, vibrant aesthetic and variety in selection of Asian items offered makes it exciting to go grocery shopping there.

This well-organized Asian grocery store has bright, bold and glowing neon signs for each department and above the checkout counters. There are sections for deli, meat, produce, flowers, plus a wide range of treats and drinks imported from across Asia.

The ambiance is inviting and makes you want to stay awhile and check out all that they have.

Meanwhile, if you do get hungry, there is a food hall. At the time of my visit, it wasn’t quite ready but since then it’s become a fun spot for sushi, Korean tacos and more.

Gangnam Urban Market Chicago is located 1001 W Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL .
