All-Star Chef Lineup For The 16th Annual Cayman Cookout 2025

The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, in collaboration with Chef Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin fame and the resort’s acclaimed restaurant, Blue, is thrilled to unveil the highly anticipated chef lineup for the 16th annual Ritz-Carlton, Cayman Cookout, scheduled from January 15 – 20, 2025.

This premier event celebrates international and Caribbean cuisine, featuring renowned chefs such as José Andrés, Andrew Zimmern, Kristen Kish, Daniel Boulud and Emeril Lagasse. The lineup also includes new culinary talents such as Jorge Vallejo, Ronaldo Hsu, Claude Le Tohic, and Gonzo Jimenez as well as award-winning Afro-Boricua mixologist, LP O’Brien, founder of LP Drinks.
