Downtown Miami’s rooftop dining destination, Giselle Miami, has refreshed its Mediterranean and Asian-inspired menu with newly introduced culinary delights for guests to enjoy. Curated by Executive Chef Gustavo Zuluaga, the updated menu features savory Chicken & Caviar made up of perfectly fried and seasoned boneless chicken tenders on a bed of coleslaw tossed in creamy dill ranch, topped with dollops of Antonius Siberian caviar. The Chicken & Caviar ($11) is included on the ‘Twilight Desires’ happy hour menu, served Wednesday through Sunday from 6:00PM – 8:00PM.
