Father’s Day in Las Vegas offers a mix of dining options for those marking the occasion with a meal out. Restaurants throughout the city are featuring seasonal menus with fresh ingredients, composed mains, and desserts to end on a sweet note. From relaxed brunches to more refined dinners, here’s what’s being served this year.

This list is not exhaustive and I update the information becomes available. I try to feature as much as I can but certainly this is not all that is out there. If your favorite restaurant is not on the list, I would recommend contacting them to see what they are offering.

Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is serving the Old Timer steak sandwich with sofrito-marinated skirt steak, chimichurri mayo, crispy potato strings, arugula, red onions, and sherry vinaigrette.

BRERA osteria is offering a Korobuta pork chop served with honey-glazed pork belly, fennel marmalade, and sage jus.

Buddy V’s Ristorante is hosting a $65 brunch for adults ($30 for kids under 10) from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, featuring filet mignon, shawarma, steak sliders, all-you-can-drink options, and desserts such as Italian donuts and millionaire’s shortbread.

Gjelina will offer duck hash with crispy egg and maple-glazed bacon for brunch from 9 AM to 3 PM, and for dinner (4 PM to 11 PM), a tomahawk steak with porcini butter and grilled lemon, paired with a bourbon old fashioned.

Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano is serving bone-in ribeye tagliata di manzo, lobster truffle mac and cheese, roasted pepper bagna cauda, and a trio of zucchini.

Mott 32 is offering brunch from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM with dishes like hot and sour seafood soup dumplings, Iberico pork Shanghainese dumplings, and wild mushroom dumplings. The “King of Wan Chai” cocktail blends Japanese whiskey, matcha, and cream.

WAKUDA will feature surf and turf with an 18 oz dry-aged New York steak, Canadian lobster, and truffle soy mirin reduction, plus Wagyu tartare with Wakuda caviar. All dads receive a complimentary old fashioned.

Yardbird will serve brunch from 9 AM to 4 PM and dinner from 4 PM to 11 PM. Specials include a hickory-smoked Delmonico pork chop with Creole shrimp and eggs, green chile truffle mac and cheese, and a chocolate skillet brownie with coffee ice cream. Featured cocktails include “Smoke on the Water” and “Whiskey Business.”

Canyon Ranch spa + fitness is offering an “Especially for Dad” package through June 15 for $228. The experience includes a beard trim and shave, gentlemen’s pedicure, and a $25 food and beverage credit at Canyon Ranch Café or Truth & Tonic.
