I had revisited Fat Mao Noodles Downtown Vancouver (BC Canada) location for a quick lunch. This is the brand’s second location with the original one located in Chinatown.

What We Tried
We ordered the following:
Vegetarian Khao Soi $22
Steamed cauliflower and tofu puffs in a Northern Thai curry. Garnished with beansprouts, pickled mustard greens and crispy noodles. Served with Flat egg noodles.
My go-to order! I love the bold flavours and the creamy & sweet flavours. The crispy noodles add a lovely textural crunch.

*UPDATE* On a different visit to Fat Mao Noodles Downtown, we tried the following:

Fat Mao Ceviche
Tuna, mussels, herb vinaigrette and yam chips

Braised Beef Noodles
Braised beef in an aromatic soy broth, Asian celery and lettuce
