Eataly Launches Regional Dining Series at La Pizza & La Pasta

Eataly has introduced a new dining series at their North American flagship restaurants, including La Pizza & La Pasta and Eataly Ristorante. This rotating program focuses on iconic Italian cities and regions, beginning with Rome and the region of Lazio.

For eight weeks, guests can try a limited-run menu inspired by Roman cuisine. Featured dishes include Supplì Cacio e Pepe, Carciofo Fritto alla Romana, Polpette Fritte, Rigatoni alla Carbonara, and Fettuccine “Alfredo” Burro e Parmigiano. The beverage list includes Lazio’s regional wines, local beer, and cocktails.

Complementing the food and drink is a schedule of Roman-themed events. These include weekly communal dinners titled “Roman Nights,” cooking classes, and appearances from guest chefs in select cities.

Eataly’s goal is to give guests a deeper appreciation of Italy’s culinary diversity through rotating menus and programming. Future editions of the dining series will spotlight other Italian regions with distinct food traditions.
