Eataly Launches Icons Of Eataly: Capri Edition

Eataly, the global Italian marketplace and retail concept, is thrilled to introduce the third iteration of its Icons of Eataly series, a program which began in 2023 and honors the most iconic Italian dishes and ingredients. Now through August 11, Icons of Eataly: Capri Edition will take over stores across Eataly North America, taking inspiration from the beloved Italian island and transporting guests to the Amalfi Coast just in time for summer.

Eataly Launches Icons Of Eataly: Capri Edition

Located in the region of Campania, Capri sits in the Bay of Naples on the Tyrrhenian Sea and is known as much for its crystal blue waters, rocky cliffs, fresh seafood, and lemon groves as for its luxurious villas, the earliest dating back to ancient Roman times. For hundreds of years, visitors have flocked to the vacation destination not only for its incredible views, but incredible food too – such as the namesake Caprese salad with fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil, Spaghetti alla Nerano, a simple pasta of fried zucchini and cheese, or a tart yet sweet limoncello to end the meal.

Icons of Eataly: Capri Edition aims to replicate the feeling of this magical place to Eataly customers, providing a respite from the day-to-day with a special menu of traditional dishes, hands-on classes and workshops, and more.
