Dockside Restaurant

Dockside Restaurant is offering an Easter Sunday brunch buffet on April 9. Priced at $89 per person with a 2 hour seating limit on when your reservation starts.

H2 Kitchen + Bar

H2 Kitchen + Bar at The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver is excited to announce the return of its beloved Easter Brunch on Sunday, April 9. This year’s expanded celebration includes a scrumptious buffet spread, interactive chef stations, chocolate fondue, and a live bunny interaction to help all family members embrace the joy of spring.
 
The Coal Harbour smokehouse has a longstanding reputation for serving lively brunch buffets, and this Easter spread is set to follow suit with a feast that includes breakfast classics, elevated lunch dishes, and chocolate-themed housemade confections. Some of the mouthwatering highlights include: Cheese & Charcuterie; Brioche French Toast; Pacific Seafood Paella; Grilled Fraser Valley Chicken Supreme; and Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli. There to enliven the occasion are three chef-manned action stations, where omelettes to order, carved ham, and Pacific Salmon Wellington are dished up on the spot.
 
Be sure to leave room for an irresistible array of desserts prepared in-house by Pastry Chef Martha Ebro. Decadent delights include: Carrot Cake Cheesecake; Mini Easter Cinnamon Buns with Cream Cheese Frosting; Chocolate Mousse; Cream Puffs; and assorted Mini Cheesecakes. Sweetening the pot are two gourmet chocolate-themed temptations, including a build-your-own hot chocolate bar and a chocolate fountain with all the fixings. To make the celebration complete, hop over to the live bunny interaction stationed in the hotel lobby from 10:30am to 2:30pm.
 
H2 Kitchen + Bar’s Easter Brunch is available for $79 per person, $35 for children 6 – 12, and free for kids 5 and under. (Taxes and 18% gratuity not included.) Seatings are available from 11:30am to 3pm.

ARC Restaurant is offering an Easter bottomless brunch on April 7-10 from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. Priced at $99 per person and $59 per child ages 6-12. The brunch includes All your favorites, with a few ‘egg-stra’ special dishes including hot cross buns served with rooftop honey butter, braised lamb shoulder with polenta and gremolata, crab benedict and prawn cocktail with an Easter Egg-stravaganza bowl to end the meal.

Railtown Catering is back with another delicious to-go package celebrating Easter and the city’s spring bounty. From a succulent honey-glazed bone-in ham to fragrant and fluffy hot cross buns, Railtown Catering’s experienced chef team has prepared a gourmet extravaganza complete with traditional Easter favourites fit for any occasion.

With two sizes available for pre-order, a small, fully-cooked family-style package feeds 4-6 people and is priced at $279 while a large set feeds 10-12 at $419. For those looking for an even more convenient Easter setup, hot, ready-to-eat meals are also available at an additional $50 in both sizes. 

Orders can be placed from now to Wednesday, April 5th at 10am via www.railtowncatering.ca or by phone at 604-568-8811. Pick up will be available at Railtown Cafe’s flagship location (397 Railway Street) on Sunday, April 9th and Monday, April 10th from 11am to 5pm, or delivery within the Lower Mainland may be arranged at an additional fee. Order before Friday, March 24th and receive a $40 café gift card.
