Easter is a great time to gather over a meal, whether it’s a casual brunch, a multi-course dinner, or an afternoon tea. Restaurants across Vancouver are offering special menus featuring local ingredients, holiday favourites, and indulgent desserts. From waterfront buffets to upscale dining experiences, there are plenty of ways to celebrate. Here’s a look at some of this year’s options.

This list is not exhaustive and I update the information becomes available. I try to feature as much as I can but certainly this is not all that is out there. If your favorite restaurant is not on the list, I would recommend contacting them to see what they are offering.

The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver is offering several Easter weekend activities from April 19 to 21, centred around family-friendly events and dining.

  • Easter Brunch at H2 Kitchen + Bar will be held on Sunday, April 20, with seatings at 11:30 AM and 12 PM. The buffet features over 36 items including a salad bar, antipasti, charcuterie, Canadian back-bacon Benedict, Fraser Valley Chicken Marbella, carved Easter ham, and a kids’ section with chicken tenders, pancakes, and a cookie-decorating station. Pricing is $87 per adult, $40 for children ages 6–11, and free for children under 5.
  • Bunny Experience: April 20, 9:30 AM–2:30 PM in the lobby, with live animals from The Farm Friends.
  • Kids Cooking Class: April 19, 2 PM–3 PM. Includes cupcake decorating and cake-pop making.
  • Kids Craft Corner: April 20, 2 PM–2:30 PM, featuring a Sock Beanie Bunny workshop.
  • Bunny Yoga: April 20 at 3 PM and April 21 at 8 AM at Samadhi Shala. $35 per person.
  • H Tasting Lounge offers its themed Around the World in 80 Days Afternoon Tea for $75 per adult and $50 per child. Private dining domes in The Secret Garden are also available for lunch or dinner with minimum spends between $150 and $300.

Lavantine in Vancouver is offering a Mediterranean Easter menu from April 18 to 20, priced at $265 for 4–6 guests. The menu includes whole roasted leg of lamb with pomegranate glaze, saffron rice, broccolini, sweet potato purée, and Egyptian rice pudding with toasted almonds, cherry compote, and passionfruit. Pre-booking required.

The Flying Pig in Vancouver is offering a Maple Glazed Ham Easter special for $29.50. The dish includes mac and cheese, seasonal vegetables, and Dijon thyme sauce.

Mereon in Vancouver is offering Beef Wellington for Easter lunch and dinner on April 19 and 20. Served with pomme purée, seasonal vegetables, watercress, and pinot noir jus.

Fable Kitchen, Fable Diner, and Fable Diner and Bar in Vancouver are offering a $29.99 Prohibition Brunch throughout Easter weekend and on Monday. Includes coffee or tea, a drink (FD Caesar, Mimosa, Juice, or Draft Beer), a savoury baked item, a choice of main (Avocado Benny, Pork Belly Benny, West Coast Toast, All Day Breakfast, Breakfast Wrap, or Hippie Toast), and a sweet treat.

Glowbal in Vancouver is offering an Easter Brunch Buffet on Sunday, April 20 at $85 per person and $35 for kids 12 and under. The buffet includes an Oyster Bar, chilled seafood, prime beef striploin, porchetta, omelette station, spicy salmon poke, charcuterie, waffles, miso-glazed salmon, truffle spaghetti, and desserts such as macarons, cheesecake, and mango pudding.

The Victor in Vancouver is offering an Easter brunch buffet at $90 per person and $45 for kids 12 and under. The menu includes seasonal meze, pastries, shakshuka, avocado toast, sushi, dim sum, seafood, prime rib, honey ham, and desserts like carrot cake cupcakes and a chocolate fondue station. Mimosa Flight and Bunny Mary cocktail available.

Fanny Bay Oyster Bar and Shellfish Market in Vancouver is offering a Grilled Oyster Special for pick-up. Six oysters for $15 or 12 for $25, served with spiced butter.

Sequoia Company of Restaurants in Vancouver is offering various Easter features. The Teahouse is serving mushroom and gruyere quiche, lobster roll, and pavlova from Friday to Monday. Seasons is offering brunch all weekend, including Sunday Prime Rib and Crab Cake Benedict. Sandbar features Lobster Benedict and Sunday Surf & Turf with nightly live music. Cardero’s has Prime Rib, Coconut Crème Caramel, Wedge Salad, and live music.

Vancouver Aquarium is hosting daily Scuba Bunny dive shows from April 12 to 21. Families can watch the costumed diver entertain guests underwater and enjoy spring-themed surprises throughout the aquarium.

Mon Paris Pâtisserie in Burnaby is offering a seasonal Easter collection available for pre-order and in-store pickup from April 1 to 21. Items include a half Easter egg with assorted chocolates and a dark chocolate flower ($25), small Easter eggs filled with chocolates ($28), and large Easter egg wedge showpieces in dark or milk chocolate with caramelized nuts and fruit ($35). Quantities are limited. The shop is located at 4396 Beresford Street and open Tuesday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

Lavantine Rooftop Restaurant & Skybar in Vancouver is offering a Mediterranean-inspired Easter menu from April 18 to 20, designed for groups of 4 to 6. The meal features a whole roasted leg of lamb with pomegranate glaze, saffron rice, broccolini, and sweet potato purée. Dessert is Egyptian rice pudding topped with toasted almonds, cherry compote, and passionfruit. The early bird price is $265 plus tax and gratuity.

​Temper Chocolate & Pastry in West Vancouver is offering a selection of Easter-themed confections starting April 1, including chocolate showpieces, fresh fruit pastries, hot cross buns, and traditional stollen. Pre-orders for pastries and hot cross buns are accepted until April 16 for pickup on April 19 and 20. To place an order, call 604-281-1152. Temper is located at 2409 Marine Drive and operates Tuesday to Saturday from 7 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 3 PM.

Fairmont Waterfront in Vancouver is offering an Easter edition of its Bottomless Brunch at ARC Restaurant on April 20, with seatings from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM (last seating at 1:30 PM). The $99 brunch ($49 for children) includes unlimited tasting plates such as lobster mac and cheese, fried chicken and waffles, and a skillet dessert. Each table will receive a Daniel Chocolates Easter egg filled with sweets. Easter-themed cocktails and a custom Caesar cart are available.

Fairmont Pacific Rim in Vancouver is serving a three-course Easter brunch from April 18 to 21 for $89 per person. The menu includes seasonal dishes and a welcome beverage.

Fairmont Hotel Vancouver is hosting an Easter buffet brunch at Notch8 on April 20 with seatings at 11 AM and 1:45 PM. Priced at $95 for adults and $45 for children, the buffet features seafood, roasted meats, salads, pastries, and sweets.

Fairmont Vancouver Airport is offering Easter Brunch at Globe@YVR on April 20, with seatings at 10 AM and 2 PM. Priced at $79 for adults and $34.50 for children, the buffet includes a chef-attended carving station, live omelette station, Ocean Wise seafood, and a chocolate fountain, along with a wide range of savoury and sweet dishes.

P2B Bistro & Bar in Vancouver is offering an Easter Brunch Buffet on April 20 from 10:30 AM – 1:30 PM. The spread includes freshly squeezed juices, pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt parfaits, caprese salad, smoked salmon, and hot items such as buttermilk pancakes, thick-cut bacon, turkey sausage, carved maple ham, eggs benedict, and mushroom ravioli. Desserts include Easter sweets and chocolate eggs. Priced at $70 per adult, $35 kids 6 – 12, and 5 and under are free.

Pinnacle Ballroom in North Vancouver is offering an Easter Sunday Brunch Buffet on April 20 from 11 AM to 2:30 PM. The menu includes made-to-order omelettes, chef-carved prime rib, fresh seafood, a kids’ station, and desserts. Pricing is $72 for adults, $36 for children aged 6–12, and $22 for children aged 1–5.

Pier 7 Restaurant & Bar in North Vancouver is offering Easter specials from April 18–20. Featured dishes include tomato bisque soup, Dungeness crab cake, seafood paella, and carrot cake, served with waterfront views.

Chez Christophe in Burnaby and White Rock has launched its 2025 Easter Chocolate and Dessert Collection, available for pre-order now through April 20. Highlights include handcrafted chocolate showpieces like the Egg Carton with six flavoured chocolate eggs, Jericho & Kits Easter Bunnies, Arcott the Sheep, and Hen-rietta the hen with pop rocks. The café will also serve a Mini Egg Mocha from April 8–20. Easter cakes include the Carrot Cake Chick, made with cream cheese mousse, caramel, and carrot cake on a pecan crunch crumble, and the Easter Travel Cake, a carrot cake with cinnamon caramel ganache, milk chocolate, hazelnut, and mini eggs.

The Greek is offering a three-course family-style Easter dinner at all four locations from April 18 to 21. Priced at $160 for four people or $200 with a bottle of BC Meritage or Viognier, the meal includes a choice of two appetizers, two main platters, and two desserts. Appetizer options include Keftedes, Calamari, Greek Salad, or Spanakopita. For mains, diners can choose from the Country Lamb Platter, Souvlaki for Two, Lamb Youvetsi, or Lamb Pidakia (+$10). Each platter comes with rice, lemon potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and tzatziki. The Souvlaki for Two offers a mix of four skewers from prawn, pork, chicken, beyond meat, or beef tenderloin (+$1/skewer). Dessert options include Ekmek, Baklava, or Chocolate Mousse. The Easter dinner is available for dine-in or takeout during regular hours throughout the weekend.

Mosaic Grille at Hyatt Regency Vancouver is offering an Easter brunch buffet from 11:30 AM to 2 PM. The menu includes a hot buffet with eggs Benedict, Liege waffles, baked salmon, and truffle potato gratin, along with an action station featuring prime rib and honey-glazed ham. A seafood display, charcuterie, fresh salads, and a dessert selection complete the spread. Pricing is $80 per person, $65 for seniors (65+), and $40 for children (5–12).

Oceans 999 in Vancouver is offering an Easter Brunch Buffet on Sunday, April 20 from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, featuring live music. Pricing is $105 per adult, $101 for seniors, and $52.50 for children aged 6–12. Kids 5 and under dine free.

Railtown Catering in Vancouver is offering an Easter take-home feast with slow-roasted honey-glazed ham and a selection of seasonal sides. Packages are available in two sizes: $309 for 4–6 guests and $449 for 10–12 guests. The meal includes organic spring greens, cucumber salad, scalloped potatoes with Gruyère, buttered sweet peas and carrots, braised red cabbage, roasted root vegetables, hot cross buns with whipped butter, and rhubarb crumble with vanilla ice cream. Premium add-ons include a rosemary-crusted lamb leg ($119 for small, $189 for large) and a Certified AAA prime rib roast ($269, serves 8–10). Orders are open now, with a deadline of 10 AM on April 16. Early orders placed by March 31 receive a $40 Railtown Café gift card. Pickup is available on April 20 and 21 from 11 AM to 4 PM at Railtown Café (397 Railway Street). Delivery and a hot “ready to eat” option are available for an additional fee.

Bacchus Restaurant & Lounge in Vancouver is serving a three-course Easter Sunday brunch featuring seasonal ingredients. The experience is priced at $85 per adult and $45 for children 12 and under.

The Loft at Meadow Gardens in Pitt Meadows is hosting a bottomless Easter brunch in the Ivory Banquet Room on Easter Sunday. Seatings are available from 10 AM to 1 PM, with a two-hour dining time per reservation. Pricing includes tax and gratuity: $58 per adult, $54 for seniors (60+), $38 for children (5–12), and free for infants (4 and under).

Pat Quinn’s Restaurant in Tsawwassen is offering an Easter Sunday brunch buffet featuring a selection of chilled juices, coffee, and tea. The menu includes seasonal fresh fruit, freshly baked pastries, and salads such as Caesar, watermelon & feta, and marinated beet salad. Hot options include classic eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs with aged cheddar, assorted mini quiches, waffles with fruit compote, breakfast sausage, maple-smoked bacon, and herb-roasted potatoes. Main dishes feature spring salmon with Chardonnay tarragon cream, roasted chicken with wild mushrooms and pearl onions, and mac & cheese. A carving station offers traditional baked ham with a brown sugar, maple, and pineapple glaze. For dessert, a sweet treat buffet presents a variety of mini gourmet desserts. Pricing is $53.95 per adult, $49.95 for seniors, and $26.95 for children 12 and under. Reservations are required.

Harold’s Kitchen & Bar in Richmond is offering Easter brunch with a visit from the Easter Bunny and a chance to win a one-night stay with breakfast at Sheraton Vancouver Airport, along with a basket of treats.

Beyond Metro Vancouver:

Dine Chilliwack is offering a regional promotion from April 11 to 27 with participating restaurants, breweries, wine bars, and attractions featuring prix-fixe menus, two-for-one deals, and culinary tours. Guests can also earn stamps to access a two-for-one entry to Greendale Acres’ Sweet Spring Flower Festival.

Greendale Acres in Chilliwack is hosting Easter activities on April 12, 13, 18, 19, and 20 from 10 AM to 6 PM. Admission is $15.50 for ages 3 and up, with free entry for guests 75 and older. Programming includes egg hunts starting at 9 AM, an Easter Bunny Adventure Course for ages 5 to 12, face painting, baby animal displays, scavenger hunts, train rides through tulip fields, fire pits, and seasonal food and drink offerings.
