Celebrate Easter with a special holiday brunch at the new Gold Coast Kitchen + Cocktails, located at Marriott Biscayne Bay Miami. With options including an omelet station; smoke station featuring picanha, chicken, chorizo, grilled veggies, and chimichurri; and a raw bar offering oysters on the half shell, shrimp, tuna tartare and ceviche. An array of hot entrees will also be available including elevated and unique dishes – like tres leches french toast; seafood paella with pei mussels, little neck clams, shrimp and saffron rice; or tripletail with picatta sauce and crispy capers. Additional offerings include a salad bar and assortment of pastries, cakes, tortes and seasonal berries.
Available from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Easter Sunday (March 31), the brunch buffet is priced at $110 for adults and $60 for children under 12.

In addition to their signature Thai Red Curry Branzino with coconut rice, green papaya slaw; Truffle Morcilla Rice with mushrooms, and egg yolk; enjoy the specials of the day – Crispy Truffle Tuna Rice with truffle dust, spicy mayo, eel sauce ($20), Spring Lamb and English Pea Risotto with creme fraiche, torn herbs ($32). Complement your meal with a refreshing Sake “Julep” with mint, sake, orange bitters.
American Social Bar & Kitchen – Fort Lauderdale
Celebrate Easter at AmSo from Saturday, March 30th to Sunday, March 31st. From 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, they will offer exclusive brunch menu items, including the Prosciutto-Wrapped Branzino and the festive Cadbury Egg Pancakes. Guests can also enjoy La Marca Sparkling Rosé garnished with a Peep for some holiday flair and their regular mimosa specials.
Truluck’s
This Easter, enjoy the freshest seafood and seasonal accompaniments off Truluck’s regular menu, including Florida Stone Crab claws, Miso-glazed Seabass, New England Sea Scallops and more. A special KIDS menu will be offered on Easter Sunday, March 31. Reservations are highly recommended, and can be made via OpenTable.

All locations will showcase a specialty cocktail called Spring Fling cocktail ($17) that will be served March 29-31 in celebration of the Easter holiday. This twist on a Margarita has us thinking of warmer weather and tropical beaches. The guava gives this a fruity richness and the Spanish liqueur Licor 43 mellows with notes of vanilla and Valencia orange. Don’t be shy pairing this up with Truluck’s salt and pepper calamari or blackened Pontchartrain.
Riva – Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa
Riva – Marriott Harbor Beach Resort and Spa is hosting an Easter Sunday brunch buffet for $94 per person.


MAASS
MAASS is serving an Easter brunch and dinner menu. Priced at $95 for adults and $65 for children 6-12. Reservations are available from 11 am to 10 pm.
Anthony’s Clam House
Anthony’s Clam House is taking reservations for Easter Sunday brunch on March 31. They will be serving their regular menu plus Easter specials featuring Lamb, Veal, Pork, Chicken and Salmon.
Wild Thyme Oceanside Eatery
Wild Thyme Oceanside Eatery is serving a prix-fixe brunch menu on Easter Sunday. Priced at $59.95 for adults and $39.95 for children. Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys are available for $20 per person.

Luxe Buffet (Dania Beach) is offering an Easter brunch buffet. Priced at $34.99 per person.
