Easter is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a meal with family and friends, whether it’s a leisurely brunch, an elegant dinner, or a festive afternoon tea. In Edmonton, several establishments are offering special menus and events to mark the occasion. Here are some notable options:

Fantasyland Hotel in Edmonton is hosting an Easter Brunch Buffet on April 20 from 10 AM to 2:30 PM. The menu features live stations with prime rib, made-to-order omelettes, a seafood bar, and a crepe and waffle station. Easter-themed desserts include cookies, cakes, pastries, and a chocolate fountain with fresh fruit. Family-friendly activities include a visit from the Easter Bunny, a balloon artist, and a photo wall. Pricing is $77.35 per adult, $65.45 per senior (65+), $38.68 for children 6-12, and free for children 5 and under. Reservations are recommended, with full payment required at the time of booking.
Empire Ballroom – Fairmont Hotel Macdonald in Edmonton is hosting an Easter brunch in its historic ballroom on April 20. Pricing is $109 per adult and $54.50 for children 12 and under, with gratuities and taxes applied at checkout.
Share – The Westin Edmonton is offering a buffet-style Easter brunch from 11 AM to 1 PM on April 20, featuring breakfast favourites, made-to-order omelettes, a fresh salad bar, a charcuterie selection, and desserts. Activities include an Easter Bunny visit, face painting, and crafts for children. Pricing is $67.65 per person.
4404 Restaurant – Delta Edmonton South is serving an Easter buffet brunch on April 20 with made-to-order eggs, AAA Angus beef strip loin, a fresh juice bar, and a dessert table featuring house-made tarts, pastries, cakes, and a Belgian chocolate fountain. Live acoustic music by Mike Dominey will accompany the meal. Pricing is $65 per adult, $27 for children ages 6-12, and free for children 5 and under.
District 102, Drink + Eatery in Edmonton is offering an Easter buffet brunch with French toast topped with strawberry mousse, honey-glazed ham, and a cheese and charcuterie board. The menu includes specialty drinks such as Ice Popsicle Candy Mimosa and Blue Raspberry Sorbet Mimosa. Pricing is $55 per adult, $27 for children ages 6-12, and free for children 5 and under.
Italia Restaurant – River Cree Resort & Casino in Enoch is serving weekend brunch on April 20 from 11 AM to 3 PM, featuring Italian-inspired dishes such as eggs Benedict, tiramisu French toast, bacon, omelettes, steak and eggs, spaghetti Bolognese, and chicken Parmesan. Menu items start at $6.99.
Flame and Barrel in Edmonton is offering a weekend and holiday brunch for $25 per person on April 20, with a variety of sweet and savoury options. Caesars and mimosas are available for $5 each.
The Kitchen – River Cree Resort & Casino in Edmonton is hosting an Easter brunch buffet on April 20 with seatings at 11 AM and 1 PM. The menu includes slow-roasted prime rib, Alaskan snow crab, roasted bison, lamb tagine, lobster risotto, cheeses, pastries, cakes, and peach cobbler. Pricing is $79.99 per adult and $34.99 for children ages 4-12. For dinner, The Kitchen is offering an Easter buffet on April 20 with seatings at 11 AM, 1 PM, 3 PM, 5 PM, and 7 PM. The menu features the same selection as the brunch buffet, priced at $79.99 per adult and $34.99 for children ages 4-12.
Sawmill – Leduc, Sawmill – Stony Plain and Sawmill & The Mill Craft Bar + Kitchen – South
are offering an Easter brunch buffet on April 20 from 10 AM to 2 PM. The menu includes eggs Benedict, waffles, French toast, maple bacon, sausages, hash browns, chicken and salmon entrées, garlic mashed potatoes, and a vegetarian pasta. A chef-attended omelette station and a carving station with roast baron of beef and double-smoked ham will be available. The dessert station features assorted cakes, pastries, a chocolate fountain, and seasonal fruits. Pricing is $44.95 per adult, $39.95 per senior (65+), $24.95 per youth (13-17), $19.95 per child (5-12), and free for children 5 and under.
For dinner, they are serving an Easter buffet from 4 PM to 8 PM. The spread includes chicken and salmon entrées, creamy garlic mashed potatoes, vegetarian pasta, a made-to-order pasta station, and a carving station featuring roast baron of beef. Desserts include cakes, pastries, a chocolate fountain, and seasonal fruits. Pricing remains the same as the brunch.
A Saturday Easter brunch will also be offered on April 19 from 10 AM to 2 PM, with the same pricing and menu as the Sunday brunch.
For those preferring to dine at home, Sawmill is offering an Easter turkey dinner takeout package on April 19 and 20 for $32.95 per person. The meal includes roasted turkey, traditional stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and gravy. Orders must be placed by April 18, with pick-up available from 12 PM to 10 PM on both days.
