Detroit restaurants are marking Easter with a range of special menus featuring seasonal ingredients, classic holiday dishes, and festive desserts. Whether you’re planning a relaxed brunch or a more formal dinner, there are plenty of places across the city offering meals for the occasion. Here are some of the Easter dining options available this year.

Three Cats Restaurant in Clawson is offering Easter brunch on April 20 with a menu suited for all ages. Specific menu details have not been published.
The Atheneum Suite Hotel in Detroit is hosting a buffet brunch with seatings at 10 AM, 12 PM, and 2 PM. The menu includes traditional breakfast fare, a made-to-order omelet station, carving station, and desserts. Adults dine for $44.95, and children 12 and under for $21.95. Pricing includes valet parking and mimosas.
HorseFeathers Kitchen & Cocktails in Pinckney is offering Easter brunch with dishes for all ages and an Easter egg hunt for children. Pricing is listed at up to $47 per person, with prepaid reservations required.
Dirty Dog Jazz Cafe in Grosse Pointe Farms is serving Easter brunch with live piano music and seasonal dishes. Seatings are from 11 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 4 PM. Pricing is $60 per adult and $25 for children under 10, with a complimentary mimosa or Bloody Mary included.
The Laundry in Fenton is offering a buffet brunch from 9 AM to 4 PM. Pricing is $23 to $46 per person depending on age. Reservations include a 1.5 to 2-hour dining window. Payment is made at the restaurant; cancellation fees apply for less than 48 hours’ notice.
Big Tommy’s Parthenon in Novi is hosting a Greek-American Sunday brunch buffet featuring a made-to-order omelet station, traditional Greek dishes, fruit, salads, and desserts. Pricing is $24 per person with drinks sold separately.
JoJo’s Shake Bar in Detroit is offering a $30 Easter Brunch experience from 11 AM to 1 PM, which includes an entrée, Biggie Shake, two faux Easter eggs, and painting supplies. A separate Easter Egg Painting + Dining Experience is also available through April 20.
Lelli’s of Auburn Hills in Auburn Hills is offering a buffet with a wide range of brunch and dinner items. Menu features include devilled eggs, king crab cakes, waffle bar, honey glazed ham, lemon oregano chicken, tiramisu, and more. Adults dine for $79.99 and children 10 and under for $25. Reservations made before April 13 include a complimentary glass of champagne.
Aurora on the Lake in Commerce Township is serving a buffet that includes an omelet station, pasta station, carving station, and dishes such as Pollo Limone, shakshuka, and eggplant parmesan. Adults are $55, children 4–12 are $35, and children 3 and under are free. Pricing includes 6% tax and 20% gratuity.
Texas de Brazil in Detroit is opening early at 11 AM on Easter Sunday with brunch items available until 3 PM. The full dinner menu and pricing will be offered throughout the day.
Granite City Food & Brewery – Northville and Granite City Food & Brewery – Troy is serving a buffet brunch featuring carved Easter ham, strawberry kale salad, eggs Florentine, scampi tortellini, and ponzu salmon. Guests can also expect brunch staples like thick-cut bacon, biscuits and gravy, and fresh fruit. Pricing ranges from $10.99 to $34.99 per person.
Lily’s & Elise in Detroit is hosting a prepaid Easter brunch with seating from 10 AM to 4:30 PM. Pricing is $50 for adults and $25 for children 10 and under. Add-ons include unlimited hot tea, iced tea, and house coffee.
Antica Nova in Troy is offering a three-course “Unica Mangiata” Easter meal from noon to 5 PM. The prepaid all-in-one lunch or dinner experience is priced at $68 per person, excluding tax, gratuity, and beverages. Children under 12 dine at half price, and kids’ menus are available.
Vive Restaurant in West Bloomfield is serving Easter brunch from 10 AM to 3 PM. The menu includes breakfast and lunch selections, seasonal items, and cocktails. Pricing details have not been provided.
Presley’s in Detroit is offering a grand buffet brunch with sweet and savoury dishes and a carving station at the Hotel David Whitney. Brunch is $75 for adults and $39 for children 3 and older. A 20% gratuity will be added to all cheques. Dinner service begins at 3 PM.
Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Detroit is open for lunch and dinner on Easter Sunday. The regular menu will be available, and reservations are offered throughout the day.
Fleming’s Steakhouse – Birmingham and Fleming’s Steakhouse – Birmingham MI is offering a three-course Easter brunch starting at $52 per person. Menu choices include Sliced Tenderloin & French Onion Frittata, Baby Gem Shellfish Louie Salad, and Filet Mignon with North Atlantic Lobster Tail. The dinner menu will be available all day.
Eddie Merlot’s in Bloomfield Hills is hosting a brunch buffet from 10 AM to 2 PM priced at $75 for adults and $19 for children aged 10 and under. The buffet includes brunch favourites, classic house dishes, and desserts, with mimosas and Bloody Marys available.
