Dean’s Italian Steakhouse in Austin is offering Easter dining from 1 PM to 9 PM with a chef-crafted prime rib special and a menu of refined steakhouse selections.
Corner is serving Easter brunch with Austin-inspired dishes. Highlights include southwest shakshuka with chicken sausage, roasted corn, bell peppers, eggs, and jinx sourdough, paired with a seasonal cocktail.
Stella San Jac will feature brunch specials from April 18 to 20 such as the Easter carrot roll, Texas-sized cinnamon roll, and the cottontail martini with pineapple juice, coconut cream, and toasted marshmallow.
Caroline is hosting walk-in brunch on Easter Sunday from 7 AM to 4 PM. Guests can enjoy carrot cake pancakes with maple cream cheese, powdered sugar, and pecans, along with an Easter Bunny Fizz cocktail made with Ketel One, St-Germain, lemon, and mint.
Nido in Austin is offering a three-course Easter brunch on Sunday, April 20 from 11 AM to 4 PM. The menu includes a complimentary mimosa or Bloody Mary and access to a seafood display with shrimp, oysters, and crab. First course choices include Spring Pea and Mint Velouté, Lobster and Avocado Tartine, or Burrata with Roasted Strawberries.
