Cineplex is closing out August with a nationwide $5 Summer Wrap Up, giving moviegoers the chance to enjoy discounted tickets and snacks on Saturday, August 30, and Sunday, August 31. General admission tickets will be $5 plus tax at the theatre, while online purchases will cost up to $6.50 plus tax to include a booking fee. Small bags of popcorn will also be priced at $5.
Guests can upgrade to premium experiences like VIP or UltraAVX for an additional surcharge. Members of the free Scene+ program will benefit from a reduced $1 online booking fee and can earn or redeem points toward movie tickets, snacks, and experiences at The Rec Room and Playdium.
A portion of proceeds from the $5 Summer Wrap Up will support the Canadian Picture Pioneers, a charitable organization that has been assisting members of Canada’s motion picture industry since 1940.
