Turn up the volume and celebrate Canada’s National Coffee Day on September 29, 2023, or International Coffee Day on October 1 at Whistler’s funkiest coffee shop, Rockit Coffee Co.
Rockit is housed in an irreverent space designed by award-winning Vancouver interior designer Daniel Meloché Design and features a playful, interactive, and inviting retro vibe inspired by the 70s and 80s, with pops of yellow, brass, and greenery. Since opening in December 2022, Rockit’s interior has become a social media darling, featuring in Instagram posts of Whistler guests and locals alike.
Rockit’s drink menu consists of a full coffee program with beans from around the world, cheekily called Espresso Greatest Hits, as well as Funkadelic Teas, a line-up of Belgian hot chocolate, and Aero-Smoothies. The food program features a selection of delicious breakfast wraps, soups, salads, and sandwiches, including playful creations such as the Prosciutto Rhapsody, Kimchi KPop, Turkey Boogie-oogie, and the vegan-friendly No Meat No Cry. Guests can also indulge in fresh pastries, including their delectable “cruffins” – a hybrid croissant muffin that sells out daily.
