Sip, sip, hooray!
If you’re a fan of the classic Bellini and the fan favourite Frosé, you’ll want to try Cactus Club Cafe‘s new Frozen Sangria.
Disclosure: I attended a media tasting where all items were complimentary.
It’s the coldest thing to happen to Sangria, so to speak. The drink comes as a crushable slushie with red wine, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries with a splash of Bellini.
Available for a limited time only, you’ll find the Frozen Sangria on the regular and Happy Hour menu.
Prices vary by Cactus Club Cafe location, but at the Coal Harbour location the Frozen Sangria is $10 on the regular menu and $7.75 on the Happy Hour menu.
I enjoyed the Frozen Sangria with the new Spicy Ahi Roll (so good!) which has Oceanwise ahi tuna, mango, avocado, asparagus, cucumber, sesame soy paper, wasabi mayo, and crispy yam curls.
The drink and sushi go well together and I definitely would recommend them.
