Bufala Edgemont North Vancouver – Happy Hour [Review]

Located in the heart of North Vancouver’s Edgemont Village, Bufala Edgemont is an expanded offshoot of the original Bufala that opened in Kerrisdale in 2014 and brings a unique brand of rustic, Italian-inspired comfort food and the same feel and charm of the original to Vancouver’s North Shore.

Margherita Pizza

Fior di latte, fresh basil, marinara, parmigiano

Pepperoni Pizza

Thinly sliced pepperoni, mozzarella, parmigiano, oregano, marinara

The Rigatoni Bolognese was delicious with a flavourful, meaty bolognese sauce and al dente pasta.

The beef carpaccio had a nice, delicate texture and a rich flavor complemented with a mild flavoured and smooth artichoke puree.

The pizza bottoms were nice and crispy; the crust was chewy; and the tomato sauce was well-balanced and had the right amount of mozza on top. The pepperoni slices were plentiful.

The booths seemed a bit tight but OK. The service was reasonable. A good experience overall and I could see myself visiting them again in the future.

Bufala Edgemont is located at 3280 Edgemont Boulevard, North Vancouver, BC.
