North Vancouver’s Bisou Bakehouse opened up their second location in the Vancouver’s West End neighborhood just a few weeks ago.
We popped in to check out the delectable array of pastries which were beautifully arranged in their display case. Pastries are around $5 – $6 each.
They also offer cakes like tiramisu and opera cake.
We enjoyed the following:
- apricot danish
- spinach & feta strudel
- plain croissant
- latte
The apricot danish was our favourite and the savoury strudel was good too. The layers of the apricot danish were very crispy. The plain danish was OK – it didn’t have the most flaky layers and the inside was more moist and doughy but still tasty.
The contemporary, chic space is small but features a display case of their offerings and a dining area with 3 tables and counter seating by the window.
