Tableside Flambéed Blood Orange Crepes Suzette

For the Vancouver Foodster Crepe Challenge, Atlas Steak and Fish is presenting the Tableside Flambéed Blood Orange Crepes Suzette.  Created by Pastry Chef Candice Low, the Blood Orange Crepes Suzette are French crepes filled with pastry cream and flambéed tableside with gran marnier.  Priced at $9 per person, minimum 2 per order for dinner only.  As I am a media judge for the challenge, I had the opportunity to try out these crepes.
