Nourish Whistler Wellness Series returns this June with more than 100 wellness, culinary, movement, mindfulness, creativity, and discovery events taking place across Whistler.

Led by Tourism Whistler, the month-long series uses the resort’s alpine, forest, lake, and village settings as part of the experience. Events will be held at venues including the Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre, The Lookout on Blackcomb Mountain, The Dome on Whistler Mountain, and Station House on the shores of Alta Lake.
The series is designed for guests looking to slow down, spend time in nature, and build a wellness itinerary around their own pace, from single sessions to multi-day visits.

Nourish Whistler Events at Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre
The Squamish Lil’wat Cultural Centre will host several Nourish Whistler events in a forested setting on the shared traditional territory of the Squamish Nation and Lil’wat Nation.

Nourish Whistler Events at The Lookout on Blackcomb Mountain
The Lookout on Blackcomb Mountain is a pop-up alpine venue surrounded by forest and mountain views. The space includes large windows, a rooftop deck, and a calm mountain setting designed for reflective experiences.

Getting to Nourish Whistler Events
Several Nourish Whistler events begin with a route that is part of the overall experience. Guests may walk the Valley Trail along the lake to reach Station House, take the gondola into the alpine for The Dome, or hike a section of Blackcomb’s Ascent Trail to access The Lookout.
These journeys help connect each event to Whistler’s landscape, giving participants more time outdoors before the scheduled programming begins.
