Fairmont Empress in Victoria is offering an Easter Brunch buffet on April 20, with seatings at 11 AM and 1:45 PM. Priced at $145 for adults and $70 for children, the experience includes food stations, local seafood, and desserts in the Crystal Ballroom. Guests can also take part in an Easter scavenger hunt and visit with the Easter Bunny.

The Arbutus Room at Brentwood Bay Resort and Spa in Victoria is offering a brunch buffet on April 20 with seating from 9 AM to 2 PM. Priced at $65 per person, the buffet includes a variety of options such as smoked sockeye benedict, pearl sugar waffles, maple pork sausage, local seafood cioppino, and grilled seasonal vegetables. Chef-attended stations feature a carvery with ham shank and smoked brisket, and an omelette bar with seasonal fillings. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are available. Taxes and 18% gratuity are not included in the listed price.

The Courtney Room in Victoria is offering a brunch buffet with seating at 10 AM and 1 PM. Pricing ranges from $38 to $98 per person and includes tax and gratuity. The restaurant accommodates groups of up to eight per table, with larger bookings available by contacting the restaurant directly.

Oak Bay Beach Hotel in Victoria is offering an Easter Brunch Buffet on April 20, 2025, hosted in the Grand Lobby and Dining Room with ocean views and live piano music. The buffet features cold options such as artisan charcuterie, BC smoked salmon, prawn cocktail, oysters, and Niçoise salad. Hot dishes include BC king salmon with blood orange cream, lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes, and applewood smoked bacon. Guests can enjoy a benny bar with three types of eggs benedict, a live omelette station, and carved country ham and Angus brisket. The bakery spread includes croissants, mini doughnuts, Danish pastries, and quiche Lorraine vol au vent. Desserts range from tropical pavlova and pistachio choux to chocolate hazelnut tart and lavender panna cotta. Tickets are $129 for adults and $59 for children aged 4–12. Infants under 3 dine free. Tax and gratuity are additional.
