Phnom Penh is a longstanding family-owned and operated restaurant in Vancouver offering Vietnamese & Cambodian dishes. They have been recognized as a MICHELIN Bib Gourmand restaurant offering good quality food at reasonable prices.

I have been to Phnom Penh a few times and here is what we tried on our last visit.

First up is their signature and renowned Chicken Wings featuring a perfect balance of crispy skin and juicy meat, coated in a mouthwatering garlic-pepper sauce.

We also go the Beef Luc Lac, a tender beef stir-fry marinated in a savoury sauce and served with rice and salad.

The Marinated Butter Beef is also another one of our go-to items. It features thinly sliced rare beef with fried garlic, cilantro and house special sauce.

We also got the Fried Oyster Cake which my friends wanted to order. Not one of my favourite as I tend to not like fried seafood pancakes.

The Sautéed Pea Tips were a nice balance to the other fried dishes of the meal.

We washed it down with some Strawberry Slushes.

Here are photos of the menu to help plan for what you might want to order. They have many rice, noodle, noodle soup, fried specialties and more.

Phnom Penh is located at 244 E Georgia St, Vancouver, BC.
