Tables are not guaranteed in this experience package. The party begins at 10 p.m. and ends at 1 a.m. For diners looking to level up, Timpano Las Olas offers a VIP Table for 4 Experience at $600 per person. 3030 Ocean at Marriott Harbor Beach Resort will offer a six-course tasting menu for New Year’s Eve. Reservations are available from 6 pm to 10:30 pm. Priced at $150 per person. The tasting experience includes blue fin tuna served with kaluga caviar, cured egg yolk, lemongrass consommé; redfish with sour orange condiment, scotch bonnet, sea bean and coral reef; jamon iberico with aged parmesan, gnocchi, and Pedro Ximenez sherry; monkfish with uni blanc, baby fennel, caramel banana, and kaffir lime; and wagyu tenderloin with potato presse, heirloom carrots, caymus bordelaise, and black truffle. For dessert, a tropical panna cotta will be served with white chocolate crumble, passion fruit sponge and raspberry gel.
Rocco’s Tacos and Tequila Bar
