This list is not exhaustive and is updated as information becomes available. I try to feature as much as I can but certainly this is not all that is out there. If your favorite restaurant is not on the list, contact them to see what they are offering.
Fairmont Empress
The Courtney Room
The Courtney Room is hosting a prix-fixe Christmas Dinner on December 25. Reservations are available from 4 pm to 9:30 pm. Priced at $160 per person.
They are also offering Brunch with Santa on December 10. Join them from 12pm-3pm for live jazz, brunch, and, of course, photos with the big guy himself! Ticket price includes seating, goodie bag for kids, and a pastry basket for the table. Don’t forget to bring along a food item to donate to the Mustard Seed Church Holiday Food Drive! Tickets: Adults $75 + tax, children under 12 $30 + tax.
The Arbutus Room at Brentwood Bay Resort
The Arbutus Room at Brentwood Bay Resort is offering their Christmas dinner on December 24 and 25. Reservations are available from from 5 pm to 8:30 pm.

Festive Afternoon Tea: Afternoon tea in the historic Lobby Lounge is always an occasion to remember. This season we take the experience to a whole new level with traditional ingredients brightened by festive hues and Christmas carolers .Festive Afternoon Tea is available 7 days a week, beginning late November. Festive Cocktails in Q Bar: Their crafty bartenders have curated a holiday bar menu bursting with creative modern variations of classic festive cocktails. Cheers to the holiday season with these festive drinks! Q Bar was proudly named one of Canada’s 50 Best Bars.
Festive Lunch in Q Restaurant: Enjoy a festive three-course prix fixe lunch offering in Q Restaurant. Date: December 11 – 15, 2023 | 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Price: $65 per person & optional wine pairing
At Fairmont Vancouver Airport, bar enthusiasts will enjoy the hotel’s new Lobby Lounge Pop-Up Bar for the festive season. For the first time ever, during the month of December guests can enjoy festive cocktails and light bites while enjoying the cozy embrace of the holiday season.
The return of Fairmont Empress’ Sunset Sips makes it seasonal debut with Festive Sunset Sips at the Lobby Lounge. Offering an elevated nightlife experience over the holidays, guests will enjoy prohibition-style tea-infused cocktails served in teapots, and a food menu tailored to the holiday season.
Festive Veranda returns to Fairmont Empress Fridays and Saturday starting, November 24, and daily from December 22 – 31. Overlook Victoria’s Inner Harbour and cozy up by a crackling fire while enjoying a selection of seasonal hot beverages, or the finest cheese and chocolate fondue.
Oak Bay Beach Hotel
Oak Bay Beach Hotel is starting their holiday celebrations with a Breakfast With Santa on December 3, 10, and 23. The brunch buffet starts at 10 am. Priced at $99 for adults, $59 for children 4-12, and free for children 3 and under.
Join them in The Dining Room and Grand Lobby as they celebrate Christmas Day with an iconic breakfast experience. This lavish brunch buffet event includes an omelet station and carving station with all the works. Reservations are available at 10 am, 10:30 am, 1 pm, and 1:30 pm. Priced at $149 for adults, $59 for children 4-12, and free for children 3 and under.
They are offering two options for Christmas Day dinner. A 3-course table d’hôte menu and wine pairing inspired by traditional Christmas fare in the intimate, ocean view Dining Room. Reservations are available at 5 pm. Priced at $199 per person. The Snug Pub is offering a three course menu featuring traditional Christmas turkey with all the classic fixings. Reservations are available at 5 pm. Priced at $99 per person.
Holiday Movie Nights return to the Oak Bay Beach Hotel, where guests will enjoy dinner in FARO Pizza, followed by a favourite holiday film in our David Foster Foundation Theatre and buttered popcorn. Multiple dining reservation times are available to book for each screening.
Dinner Menu will include:
- One drink per person (alcoholic or non, any soft drink)
- One pizza per person

Callisto is hosting a 4-course Christmas Eve dinner on December 24. Reservations are available from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Priced at $99 for adults, $50 for children 8-14, and free for children 7 and under.
They are also offering a Christmas Day brunch buffet on December 25. Reservations are available from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. Priced at $99 for adults, $50 for children 8-14, and free for children 7 and under.

Fairmont Empress
Overlooking Victoria’s sparkling Inner Harbor, Canada’s iconic “Castle on the Coast” sets the bar for coastal luxury. This holiday season, locals and guests can cozy up on Fairmont Empress’ Festive Veranda around a crackling fire and indulge in breathtaking views, seasonal cocktails and cheese and chocolate fondue. They can also take advantage of Fairmont Empress’ night-life atmosphere during Sunset Sips: a brand-new cocktail and culinary experience with an intoxicating twist on tradition. Available on select evenings this December, visitors can enjoy thoughtfully crafted holiday-inspired cocktails served in glass teapots and tiers of festive nosh, a nod to the property’s beloved afternoon tea service that guests have been indulging in for over a century. Sea Cider Farm and Ciderhouse
Sea Cider Farm and Ciderhouse (Saanichton) is hosting a winter ornament making event. This class is suitable for all levels. Reservation is on December 12 from 6 pm to 8:30 pm and priced at $60. All materials will be supplied by the instructor.

Sea Cider Farm and Ciderhouse is also hosting MakeShare’s LOCAL FOLK FAIR: Holiday Market on December 3 from 11 am to 4 pm. Priced at $5 per ticket. A European-style holiday market, with a West Coast charm, featuring 35+ hand-picked local artisan vendors, scrumptious hot food from Bicycle Pizza, Rolling Tandoor, Discovery Coffee, Working Culture, Yonni’s Doughnuts, hot mulled cider + seasonal cider, wreath + bough-making workshops, live festive music, lights and decorations, a free ornament making station, fireplaces to warm around, carollers and a jolly time had by all!
Stage Wine Bar
Stage Wine Bar is serving a family-style set menu for December 24 priced at $55 per person. Reservations are available from 5 pm to 9:30 pm.
LURE Restaurant & Bar
LURE Restaurant & Bar is serving a Christmas Day 4-course dinner on December 25. Priced at $121.77 for adults and $60.27 for Children under 12. Start off with Roasted Beet salad and Butternut Squash soup. Main course entree choices include a Traditional Turkey dinner, Pan Roasted Coho or Mushroom Risotto. Dessert choice of Rhubarb & White Chocolate Panna Corta or Sticky Toffee Pudding, with coffee or tea.
You have the option to reserve their outdoor dining domes for your Christmas Day celebration. The dome is suitable for up to 6 people and there is a $500 minimum spending.
