Lobsterdamus is a popular vendor at Smorgasbord LA specializing in wild-caught Main lobster dishes.
The lobsters are softly blanched, then brushed over with clarified butter and seasoned on a fiery mesquite grill.
The crowd favorite is the Lobster Nest which comes with garlic noodles in whole or half lobster. There is also a Grilled Lobster option.
They also offer Lobster Truffle Fries, Garlic Noodles, Salt N Peppa Lobster, along with rotating seasonal specials.
We got the Lobster Nest which was very tasty, smoky and garlicky. We also had a Fresh Coconut to wash it all down.
For the perfect bite, squeeze out some ponzu sauce, get some meaty lobster and then the garlicky noodles.
You can expect a lineup for Lobsterdamus but it’s worth trying at least once.
