Eataly Toronto
For those looking to celebrate or prepare for Easter in an interactive way, Eataly Toronto has two delicious Scuola classes that are great for the holiday. For the sweet tooth, there’s a Tiramisu Class in partnership with Loacker on April 6. For a more in-depth experience, Eataly’s Cena di Pasqua (Easter Dinner) class on April 8 will guide guests through a 4-course dinner, highlighting some of the secrets behind classic dishes.

Whether feeding a crowd or only a couple, Eataly’s Easter pre-order guide offers a delicious helping hand. Featuring made-in-Eataly options (ready-to-heat), butcher cuts, fresh pasta, salumi & formaggi platters, sweets and more, guests will find all sorts of items to achieve the perfect Easter dining experience.
Colomba is a special Easter cake, known as a sweet sign of spring in Italy. Similar to the panettone and pandoro found around Christmas, colomba is a rich and fluffy cake that is made with an impressively long rise time of 30+ hours. The dough is then baked into its iconic dove shape and topped with pearl sugar and almonds. It’s an expert-level baked good that, unlike panettone, is more commonly purchased in-store, even by the most traditional Italian nonnas. It is often served with fresh berries, drizzled dark chocolate, sweet spreads or whipped cream. Eataly also recommends pairing with a glass of Prosecco or dessert wine.
Along with a wide range of colomba, classic chocolate eggs and bunnies and other sweet treats are also available for purchase at Eataly from Italian producers as well as Toronto’s own SOMA Chocolatemaker. Available here for nationwide shipping.
