Using traditional techniques focused on the ingredients, Yūbi features handcrafted menu items, including gluten free and vegan options, in branded and interactive boxes dressed with a QR code to enjoy a special curated Spotify Playlist during your meal like:

- El Don – Inspired by the Japanese dish, “Donburi,” or rice bowl, this meal is a “build your own hand roll bowl,” with a choice of two toppings served over warm sushi rice, accompanied by seaweed.
