A luxurious new high tea experience in Richmond gives fine dining enthusiasts another worthwhile excuse to visit Acre Through the Seasons this month. A high tea pop-up presented by Yandoux Patisserie is available in Acre’s elegant dining room.

Based in Vancouver’s Olympic Village, Yandoux Patisserie is known for their bespoke cakes and French-style pastries crafted by Owner and Chef Ivy Yan.
Each of Chef Yan’s handcrafted treats is a delicious work of art, blending imaginative designs with unique flavours for an impressive final product.

The Yandoux for Acre Pop-Up menu is no exception to this, with 10 signature items (7 savouries and 3 sweets) that tie in both local and international influences.

Savoury high tea menu highlights include:

Pat Chun Tomato Braised: pat chun vinegar, cherry tomato

Roasted Beet Hummus: chickpea, olive oil, sesame, lemon juice, garlic, salt, cumin, black pepper, beet, cucumber

Burrata Sandwich: brioche bread, pesto, burrata, cherry tomato, prosciutto, balsamic glaze

The high tea menu’s assortment of sweets is inspired by some of the vibrant fruits that grow on Acre Lavande, the restaurant’s family-owned farm on Cortes Island. Items include:

Lemon: lemon whipped ganache, candied lemon peel, pomelo pulp

Strawberry: strawberry whipped ganache, strawberry jam, fresh strawberry

Grape Tart: namelaka cream, cheesecake, white wine gelee, fresh grape
