Joliet, the seafood bistro & garden revered for its New Orleans, Southern inspired cuisine recently debuted new Happy Hour offerings such as Classic Buffalo Wings served with celery seed ranch ($1 each); Pork Cracklings, Joliet Spice, Lime  ($5); French Onion Sliders ($6 each); Smoked Fish Dip ($6); Grilled Oysters, Calabrian Chili Butter ($4); Raw Oysters, Mignonette & Cocktail Sauce ($2). Cholo Soy will prepare a Texas Twinkie Taco, Zipitios will bring the Papusas and Step Dad will offer Neapolitan Inspired, 48-hour cold fermented sourdough pizza.

Tropezón to Launch Paella Sundays

Tropezón, the Andalusian inspired gin + tapas bar located in the hidden corridors of Espanola Way has launched Paella Sundays that will take place on the last Sunday of every month through August.
