Taquerias El Mexicano 

Taquerias El Mexicano has recently launched a variety of new menu items. Standout dishes include Shrimp Aguachiles, poached in a handmade Aguachiles salsa; Tuna Habanero Tacos, served with mango salsa; the Molcajete Trio, featuring shrimp, steak, and chicken roasted in poblano salsa and cooked in a traditional molcajete; and the Birria Tacos, made with slow-cooked meat, marinated in a spicy birria sauce. Exciting additions have been at the bar as well, such as the Mexican Spritz, a twist on the classic Aperol Spritz made with tequila, Peychaud’s, and prosecco, and the Jamaica Blackberry Summer, made with fresh blackberries, tamarind, and Jamaica Aqua.

Ball & Chain 

In a city full of delicious Cuban food, Little Havana’s iconic and historical Ball & Chain stands out not only for its nightlife but for its authentic dining experience. Menu highlights include the Jerk Roasted Chicken Wings, with sweet & spicy scotch bonnet jelly and the Tropical Seafood Ceviche with local conch, jumbo shrimp, pineapple, heirloom tomatoes, cilantro and red onion. The drink menu features a selection of thoughtfully crafted cocktails that play into the rich culture and history behind the brand, like the Guava Sangria, made with Havana Club Anejo Rum, almond liqueur, guava purée, pineapple and vino tinto, and Ball & Chain’s World Famous Mojito, made with Bacardi rum, fresh lime juice, sugar and fresh mint sprigs.
