At Coastal Harvest Bar & Kitchen, the hotel’s new signature all-day restaurant, Valentine’s Day is marked with a special prix-fixe–style dinner menu designed for effortless indulgence. Guests can begin with a choice of Heirloom Caprese or Lobster Bouillabaisse, followed by entrées such as Wagyu Steak with Black Opal striploin and peppercorn jus or Roasted Scottish Salmon with aji verde. Costa Covo Osteria in Beverly Hills is offering a multi-course prix-fixe Valentine’s Day dinner on February 13 and 14 from 6 PM to 10 PM, priced at $145 per person at L’Ermitage Beverly Hills. The coastal Italian-inspired menu begins with caviar served with cauliflower, chives, and Meyer lemon, followed by a choice of starters such as a chilled seafood platter with oysters, sea urchin, and Alaskan crab, Wagyu beef tartare, or foraged mushroom agnolotti with winter black truffle. Entrée options include Maine lobster rigatoni, Acquerello risotto with white truffles, or beef tenderloin Rossini with foie gras and madeira jus.
