Top of the World Restaurant – The STRAT Hotel Casino & Skypod

A romantic setting, stunning views, and a truly special dining experience. Voted as one of the most romantic restaurants in Las Vegas, there is no better place to spend Valentine’s Day.

Top of the World Restaurant – The STRAT Hotel Casino & SkyPod is offering a Valentine’s Day menu on February 14. Enhance your experience by pre-ordering roses, rose petals, or champagne. 

They also offer a Just Cocktails at the Bar package at Top of the World, allowing visitors to view the Las Vegas valley from the restaurant over 100 stories in the sky. Romantic touches are available to be placed at the table upon arrival, including rose petals, a half-dozen of roses, a dozen roses and a bottle of champagne on ice.

Limoncello Fresh Italian Kitchen

Limoncello Fresh Italian Kitchen in Las Vegas has added G.H. Mumm Grand Cordon Rosé champagne, specially priced at $98, to its array of romantic specials on Tuesday, Feb. 14.

To pair with the champagne, Chef Carla Pellegrino will serve up romance with a variety of dishes, including lobster risotto, slow-cooked wild boar ragu, broiled 9-ounce piggyback cut spiny lobster tail, surf and turf and a pear and arugula salad.

Carversteak in Resorts World Las Vegas

Carver Road Hospitality’s reimagination of the classic steakhouse experience celebrates Valentine’s Day with special a la carte menu items and added flair to help create a most memorable occasion.

First course a la carte offerings include: Salmon Crudo Regiis Ova Caviar with beet cured salmon, yuzu vinaigrette ($19); Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with rocket arugula, parmesan crisps, truffle aioli ($24); and seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras with quince paste, almond, vanilla brioche ($28).

Entree options include a Tableside Chateaubriand with a 14oz tenderloin, bouquet of veggies, sauce Diane ($220), and Surf N Turf featuring an 8oz Allen Brother Filet Mignon, jumbo lump crab scampi, truffle demi ($110).

Decadent desserts include “In Love,” a raspberry kalamansi ruby chocolate heart, golden raspberry, vanilla ice cream ($18), and “Heartbroken,” with fluffernutter, whiskey, chocolate and caramel chocolate chip ice cream ($18).

To help seal the deal, try to land one of Carversteak’s intimate dining nooks for two and summon the Champagne cart for the requisite Valentine’s Day bubbly. A selection of varieties, all from Champagne, France, can be poured by the glass. Two specially selected half bottles are also available. Or opt for the “Scent of Desire” specialty cocktail — a seductive concoction featuring Patrón Reposado infused with aphrodisiac cocoa nibs, almonds and vanilla, and enriched with orange, ginger and hibiscus-rose flavors ($25).

Veranda welcomes couples on a flavourful journey for Valentine’s Day. Embracing ingredients and spices from across the globe, Chef William Ledesma’s five-course prix fixe menu features dishes from France, Italy, northern Africa, Southeast Asia, and Nikkei cuisine, a unique Japanese-Peruvian fusion.

Travel around the world beginning with a stop in the Mediterranean for Blood Orange-Marinated Yellowtail, or South America via Japan for Rocoto Acevichado, a Nikkei creation of ceviche and a sushi roll. The salad course visits the south of France for Frisée with Lardons, Fried Brie, and Pickled Grapes. Inspired by the southern tip of the Italian peninsula, the pasta course features Shrimp Spaghetti with Calabrian Chili. Two entrées offer a choice of multiple destinations: Roasted Snapper accompanied by north African Harissa and a Southeast Asian Coconut and Lemongrass emulsion; or Grilled Tenderloin with classic European flavours of Truffle, charred Brussels Sprouts, and a Foie Demi Glaze. The final stop transports guests to a Parisian pâtisserie with a rich dessert featuring Pistachio Sable, White Chocolate Mousse, Raspberry Ganache, Ruby Chocolate Glaze and Pistachio Gelato.

For those celebrating singlehood, PRESS Lounge offers its popular interactive mixology class, the Bartender’s Table Experience. Typically seating two to three guests per reservation, this happy hour singles event will welcome up to eight guests for an immersive education in the art of crafting a well-balanced cocktail. An expert mixologist will guide guests through a tasting of their choice of vodkas or whiskeys from multiple brands and regions along with mixers and garnish pairings. Enjoy with friends or make new ones while creating a personalised, custom drink to sip and savour.

The New Year Radiance Facial is available throughout February 2023 and is offered at $380 for 80 minutes. My Sweet Valentine is available from February 10, 2023 through the end of the month and is offered at $215 per person for the 50-minute treatment.

Ethel M Chocolates has a number of Valentine’s Day activities. Beginning February 3 through February 14, the chocolatier’s annual ‘Lights of Love’ is returning to the Flagship Store and Cactus Garden in Henderson, Nevada. This year, all entries will require a $1.00 donation per person, with all donations benefiting local organizations Help of Southern Nevada and Three Square Food Bank. Additionally, there will be in-store Valentine’s Day tastings for two featuring signature chocolate, available with wine for those over 21. The chocolate offerings are White Chocolate Truffle, Peanut Butter Heart, Pecan Caramel Rapture, and Lemon Satin Crème Heart.

Love is truly in the air with the Valentine’s Day Las Vegas Helicopter Night Strip Flight Package at 5 Star Helicopters. Visitors can celebrate in the sky while enjoying chocolate-covered strawberries and taking in the lights and sights. The package also features a rose and souvenir photo and frame.

Bellagio Resort & Casino offers a proposal package that allows visitors to pop the question on its private Terrazza di Sogno with the Fountains of Bellagio in the background. Packages include rose petals in the shape of a heart, 12 long-stemmed roses, champagne with a set of toasting flutes, chocolates, photography and the ability to choose one fountain show song from a list of selections.

Caesars Palace offers a Love at the Palace proposal package, featuring a dedicated wedding proposal coordinator, rose bouquet or fresh rose petals, music by a professional guitarist, photography and a bottle of champagne.
