Tokyo Katsu-Sand Food Truck: Katsu Sandwiches in Vancouver

A new food truck specializing in Japanese style Katsu-sando (fried cutlet sandwiches) has hit the streets of Vancouver.

On the menu at Tokyo Katsu-Sand are Gyu-Katsu (deep-fried AAA strip loin beef cutlet sandwich, $14.95); Tonkatsu (deep-fried pork cutlet, $13.50); Ebi-Katsu (deep-fried shrimp cutlet, $13.95); Chicken Katsu (deep-fried chicken cutlet, $12.95) and Tofu Katsu (deep-fried tofu cutlet, $9.95). Sauces used are homemade.
