Lama Plyler, a franchise owner of the new Ann Arbor restaurant, owns and operates three other locations in greater Detroit with the help of her friends and family.

The concept offers a wide variety of customizable options, including the Classic Greek Salad or Rice Bowl with a choice of Gyro Meat, Salmon, or several other protein choices.
Guests can also indulge in unique offerings, like made-to-order, fresh Feta Fries and must-have desserts like Baklava Ice Cream and Rice Pudding.
Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and background in the healthcare industry, Lama aims to continue contributing to the development of the Ann Arbor community through her involvement in the Ann Arbor-Ypsilanti Regional Chamber (A2Y Chamber) and partnerships with impactful nonprofits, like Habitat for Humanity.
The restaurant also offers free WIFI, indoor seating for 60 guests, and patio seating for 25 guests.
The Ann Arbor restaurant will serve lunch and dinner from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. daily with dine-in, pick-up, and delivery options.
