Galley – Hilton West Palm Beach is offering a stress-free Thanksgiving with a $75++ prix-fixe three-course menu featuring holiday favorites. The starter options include butternut squash bisque or grilled peach salad. The entrée features turkey roulade, stuffing, cranberry thyme orange sauce, sweet potato pave, haricot verts, and cornbread. Dessert is a gooey pumpkin pie. Children 12 and under can enjoy the meal for $35++. A limited à la carte menu is also available.
Polpo Palm Beach – Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa
Polpo Palm Beach – Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa is celebrating Thanksgiving with a buffet featuring classic Italian and holiday offerings. Enjoy carved-to-order turkey, prime rib, and Thanksgiving sweets for $175++ per adult and $55++ per child, ages 5-12.
Florie’s by Mauro Colagreco
Florie’s by Mauro Colagreco is offering a decadent Thanksgiving buffet featuring a variety of festive offerings for $205 per person. Join for a delightful celebration with your loved ones.
Pistache French Bistro
Pistache French Bistro is celebrating Thanksgiving Day with a special three-course prix-fixe menu for $90 per person (7% tax and 20% gratuity will be added). The menu is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and features favorites like Burgundy escargot, beet salad, beef bourguignon, and all-natural turkey accompanied by chestnut hash, sage dressing, sweet potato puree, and cranberry chutney. The regular menu will not be available.
Pink Steak
Pink Steak is offering a curated three-course Thanksgiving meal for $97 per adult and $39 for kids under 12.
For the first course, guests can choose from options like house salad, chophouse Caesar, tiger shrimp cocktail, two step tuna roll, oh my veggie roll, coconut lobster bisque, pumpkin soup, or roasted oysters.
The second course features selections such as pumpkin agnolotti, vegetable Wellington, seared salmon, wood grilled branzino, turkey dinner, truffle butter filet, hanger steak (Wagyu), or black truffle risotto.
Finally, the third course includes choices like pumpkin cheesecake, pecan pie, warm white chocolate matcha cake, caramelized banana tiramisu, yuzu citrus tart, Pink Steak Sunday, chocolate fondant cake, or raspberry sorbet.
