This list is not exhaustive and I update the information becomes available. I try to feature as much as I can but certainly this is not all that is out there. If your favorite restaurant is not on the list, I would recommend contacting them to see what they are offering.
Sam Jones BBQ
Sam Jones BBQ offers a heat-and-serve Thanksgiving takeout meal serving 8-10 for $148.99. The package includes a smoked turkey breast, Sam Jones Sweet BBQ sauce, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, green bean casserole, sweet potato muffins, and pecan pie. Optional additions include a four-pound smoked ham for $49.99 and whole smoked turkey breast for $67.99. Orders close on Friday, November 23, with pickup on November 27 from 11 AM to 5 PM at Raleigh and Greenville locations.
Il Falò
Il Falò at The Westin Raleigh offers a Thanksgiving buffet on November 28 from 11 AM to 4 PM, including a Roasted Turkey Carving Station, Braised Collards, Sweet Potato Soufflé, and house-made pies. The cost is $69 per adult, $29 per child (ages 6-10), and free for children under 5.
Irregardless
Irregardless in Raleigh offers an à la carte Thanksgiving menu from 11 AM to 8 PM on November 28, with options for all diets, including Roasted Turkey, Green Bean Casserole, Cornbread Stuffing, and more. For takeout, a package for 4-6 people costs $195, including one main, three sides, and dessert. Pickup is available on November 27 and 28. Peck & Plume
Peck & Plume at The Mayton in Cary offers a Thanksgiving buffet on November 28, with seatings from 11 AM to 3 PM. The menu features Roasted Turkey, Smoked Ham, Salmon Filet, Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes, Fresh Sage Stuffing, and an extensive dessert display. Pricing is $70 per adult and $29 per child under 12.
The Durham
The Durham hosts a family-style Thanksgiving feast on November 28, from noon to 5 PM, featuring Sweet Tea-Sorghum Brined Heritage Turkey, Roasted Firsthand Foods Ham, Classic Mashed Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, and more. The cost is $85 per adult and $35 per child (10 and under).
They are also hosting a Friendsgiving Dinner on Sunday, November 17, from 4 PM to 8 PM. This family-style meal features dishes like Grilled Red Wine-Roasted Garlic Marinated Flank Steak, Aged White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, and Pumpkin Pie. Tickets are $50 for adults and $15 for children.
Union Special
Union Special in Raleigh offers Thanksgiving pies, breads, rolls, and sides for pre-order. Options include Butterscotch-Pecan Pie ($32), Dutch Apple Pie ($29), Parker House Rolls ($7), and Creamed Collards ($15). Orders can be placed until November 22, with pickup available on November 26-27.
The Willard
The Willard at AC Hotel Raleigh Downtown offers a Thanksgiving buffet on November 28 from 4 PM to 8 PM. Menu items include Maple Bourbon Glazed Ham, Roasted Turkey, Cornbread Stuffing, Sweet Potato Casserole, and Apple Pie. The cost is $60 per person, $25 for children ages 5-12, and free for children under 5.
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is opening early for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 28, with dine-in hours from 11 AM to 9 PM, offering a prix-fixe menu alongside the regular dinner menu.
- Starter (choice of): Honey Crisp Apple Salad with dried cherries, walnuts, and maple syrup vinaigrette or Butternut Squash Soup
- Main Course: Sliced, Smoked Turkey Breast served with Pan Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, Green Bean Almondine, Sausage & Sage Dressing, Cranberry Relish, and Homemade Bread

Tandem is offering a family-style Thanksgiving Day feast from 11 AM to 4 PM. The menu is priced at $80 for adults and $25 for children 12 years old and younger, providing a warm and festive dining experience for families.
Braise
Braise is hosting a Thanksgiving buffet at the Crabtree Marriott from 12 PM to 3 PM, featuring traditional holiday favourites such as sage and brown sugar brined turkey, slow-smoked French cut turkey breast, and cider and Dijon roasted ham. The price is $54.95 per person and $19.95 for children aged 6 to 12.
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille
Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille is offering a Sliced Smoked Turkey Breast feature for $49 per person, with sides such as mashed potatoes, green bean almondine, and sausage & sage dressing. A children’s plate is available for $19, and an individual serving of Pumpkin Cheesecake can be added for $9. To-go options are also available on November 27th and 28th.
Restaurant at The Durham
Restaurant at The Durham in Durham offers a family-style Thanksgiving dinner featuring a Sweet Tea-Sorghum Brined North Carolina Black Heritage Turkey, roasted ham, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese with Red Dragon Welsh Cheddar, and caramelized Brussels sprouts. The cost is $85 per adult and $35 for children aged 10 and under. Reservations are available from 12 PM to 5 PM.
Il Palio
Il Palio in Chapel Hill is offering a three-course Thanksgiving menu featuring Italian and American classics for $92 per person. Reservations are available from 12 PM to 5 PM.
The Willard
The Willard in Raleigh will host a Thanksgiving buffet from 4 PM to 8 PM. Guests can enjoy a selection of roasted turkey, sweet potato casserole, cornbread stuffing, and more, all while enjoying skyline views of Downtown Raleigh. The price is $60 per adult and $25 for children aged 12 and under.
Fleming’s Steakhouse
Fleming’s Steakhouse – Raleigh will offer a three-course Thanksgiving menu featuring mixed herb-roasted turkey, filet mignon, or prime bone-in ribeye. Reservations are available from 11 AM to 8 PM, with prices starting at $62 per person.
Sullivan’s Steakhouse
Sullivan’s Steakhouse – Raleigh will serve a three-course, prix-fixe Thanksgiving dinner for $51 per adult and $25 for children. The menu includes hand-carved roasted turkey with sweet onion apple stuffing, and a choice of sides and desserts. Reservations are available from 11 AM to 8 PM.
Crossroads Chapel Hill
Crossroads Chapel Hill at The Carolina Inn is hosting a special Thanksgiving evening event featuring a series of artistically prepared courses presented on grazing boards. Sourced from local food partnerships across North Carolina, the meal will be accompanied by curated wine or spirits. This family-style dining experience encourages socializing and will be led by Executive Chef Jeremy Blankenship and Assistant Food and Beverage Director Ryan Garrison, who will provide insights and engage with guests during each course.
The event is priced at $129 per person, plus tax and gratuity, and is available for guests 21 and over. Pre-payment is required, and cancellations must be made one week prior to the event.
