Thanksgiving Kansas City 2024: Restaurant Offerings
This list is not exhaustive and I update the information becomes available. I try to feature as much as I can but certainly this is not all that is out there. If your favorite restaurant is not on the list, I would recommend contacting them to see what they are offering.
Garozzo’s Ristorante
Garozzo’s Ristorante in Kansas City and Overland Park are offering a Thanksgiving prix-fixe menu with both dine-in and carry-out options. Available for dine-in at $39.99 per person, the menu includes:
- Roasted Turkey with stuffing, potatoes, and gravy
- Italian Green Beans
- Italian Bread & Butter
- House Salad
- Choice of Apple or Pumpkin Pie
Carry-out options include meals for two at $54, or for four at $105, with the option to add a whole pie for $20. Additional offerings include Take & Bake Lasagna and discounts on carry-out wine orders. Orders can be placed at Garozzos.com by November 23, with pick-up times available between 11 AM and 8:30 PM on Thanksgiving Day.
Chaz on the Plaza
Chaz on the Plaza is offering a four-course Thanksgiving feast from 11am to 8:30pm, priced at $60 per person. A limited à la carte menu will be available from 8:30pm to 10pm.
Kona Grill
Kona Grill in Kansas City invites guests to celebrate Thanksgiving with dine-in and takeout options. The menu features traditional roasted turkey with sautéed green beans, miso mashed potatoes, brioche stuffing, and ginger-yuzu cranberry sauce. For a unique twist, Kona offers the Macadamia Nut Turkey, which includes a macadamia nut-crusted turkey breast with shoyu cream sauce. Guests can complete their meal with pumpkin pie and a Pumpkin Spiced Old Fashioned. The Thanksgiving specials are available from November 28 to December 1. For those celebrating at home, Kona Grill offers a Thanksgiving to-go package, including two Macadamia Nut Turkeys, one Traditional Roasted Turkey, one kids’ roasted turkey, and a pumpkin pie.
American Slang Modern Brasserie
American Slang Modern Brasserie is offering dinner service featuring their Fall menu along with Thanksgiving specials. Menu pricing is plus tax and a 22% gratuity. Located in the InterContinental Hotel, the restaurant provides views of the plaza from both the dining room and patio. Reservations are limited to two hours.
The Town Company
The Town Company in Kansas City is offering a prix-fixe Thanksgiving dinner, featuring a modern take on Thanksgiving classics. The meal includes family-style sides and finishes with a slice of pie.
RedCrow Brewing Company
RedCrow Brewing Company in Olathe will host a Thanksgiving cocktail lounge from 2 PM to 7:30 PM. The taproom will be open, serving festive cocktails and beers, but the kitchen will remain closed for the day. Enjoy a laid-back holiday with friends and family over drinks in a festive atmosphere.
Lazia
Lazia in Kansas City is offering a unique Thanksgiving dinner priced between $75 to $85 per person. The menu features turkey served three ways, blending Italian culinary traditions with the American holiday. Vegetarian options are available for $75 per person, and children aged 5-12 are accommodated at $25. Reservations are required for a minimum of two people, and the restaurant is happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions, except for gluten allergies or celiac disease.
Sullivan’s Steakhouse – Leawood
Sullivan’s Steakhouse in Leawood is offering a traditional Thanksgiving prix-fixe menu for $51 per person and $25 for children. The 3-course meal includes a starter, hand-carved roasted turkey with sides like garlic mashed potatoes and sweet potato casserole, and a choice of dessert. The restaurant will be open from 11 AM to 8 PM on Thanksgiving Day.
Granite City Food & Brewery
Granite City Food & Brewery – Kansas City Speedway and Granite City Food & Brewery – Kansas City are offering a Thanksgiving buffet featuring sliced roasted turkey breast, sage stuffing, stout-braised pot roast, salmon béarnaise, and a variety of sides, including garlic-mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, and creamed corn succotash. Desserts include pumpkin and pecan pie. Priced at $34.99 per person.
