Thanksgiving Boston 2024: Dinner, Turkey To Go, Brunch

Thanksgiving in Boston presents a range of dining experiences, from sophisticated sit-down dinners to relaxed brunches and convenient turkey-to-go options. Whether you’re looking for a classic turkey feast, a unique brunch twist, or a hassle-free meal at home, the city’s restaurants have something for everyone.

Thanksgiving in America this year is Thursday, November 28.

Thanksgiving Boston 2024: Restaurant Offerings

This list is not exhaustive and I update the information becomes available. I try to feature as much as I can but certainly this is not all that is out there. If your favorite restaurant is not on the list, I would recommend contacting them to see what they are offering.

City Tap House

City Tap House in Boston is offering a Thanksgiving menu with two specialty dinner options, available on November 28 from 11 AM to 11 PM.

  • Turkey Dinner ($32): Organic turkey breast, butter-and-herb stuffing, cranberry sauce, and homemade gravy
  • Prime Rib Dinner ($36): Slow-roasted, boneless grass-fed prime rib with garlic-herb sauce
  • Sides (choice of two): Whipped mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, crispy Brussels sprouts, sweet potato mash, and sautéed broccoli

Dessert Options:

  • Caramel Apple Tart with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream ($13)
  • Sweet Potato Pecan Pie with mascarpone ice cream ($13)

Matria Boston

Matria Boston, the Northern Italian inspired steakhouse at InterContinental Boston will host a Thanksgiving feast ($185.00 per person) on Thanksgiving Day. Served buffet style featuring traditional favorites, special offerings, seasonal sides, and an array of desserts. Start with the Ginger Acorn Pumpkin Soup or Butternut Squash and Date Salad, as well as a Sushi Bar, Italian cured meats, and cheeses, and Matria’s signature bread. There will also be a carving station featuring options like Chestnut & Apple Stuffed Roasted Turkey,  Grilled Piedmontese Rib Eye Steak, and Parchment Baked Honey Mustard Atlantic Salmon.  Those craving Italian can enjoy the White Bolognese Rigatoni. Desserts will include Tiramisu, Salted Caramel Cannoli, seasonal pies, and more.

For those hosting Thanksgiving and are looking for a full meal to-go option, Matria Boston is also providing a Turkey To-Go meal ($400.00 – feeds up to eight guests) and includes appetizers, main dishes, and pie options, plus, a one-night stay at InterContinental Boston and an insulated tote bag with every purchase. Turkey to-go orders must be received by Friday, November 22nd by calling the restaurant at (617) 217-5151.

Abe & Louie’s

Venerable Back Bay steakhouse Abe & Louie’s will be dishing out a customizable three-course prix fixe menu ($78) this Thanksgiving in addition to serving their a la carte menu. To start, there is a butternut squash soup with crème fraiche and candied pumpkin seeds, or a roasted beet and goat cheese salad with pistachio, dill and aged balsamic. For entrees, there’s roasted turkey breast with braised dark meat, whipped potatoes, stuffing, roasted Brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce and gravy, or an eight-ounce filet mignon served with a twice-baked potato, horseradish cream and bordelaise. For something sweet, dig into the pumpkin cheesecake topped with vanilla whipped cream.

Atlantic Fish Co.

Serving Boston the freshest catch since 1978, Atlantic Fish Co. will feature their full menu of seafood classics in addition to a three-course holiday prix fixe ($70). Start with parsnip soup with crème fraiche and candied pumpkin seeds, or a harvest salad with butternut squash, baby greens, pecan, goat cheese and maple vinaigrette. For the best from land and sea, the entrees are roasted turkey breast with braised dark meat, whipped potatoes, stuffing, roasted Brussels sprouts, cranberry sauce and gravy, or hazelnut-crusted Atlantic halibut with butternut squash puree, haricots verts and brown butter sage. For dessert, a pumpkin cheesecake with vanilla whipped cream.

Coach Grill

Wayland’s crown jewel, Coach Grill, will feature a Thanksgiving prix fixe ($70) in addition to their nightly menu. For appetizers, there is a split pea soup with smoked ham hocks and crème fraiche, or a quinoa and Tuscan kale salad with red endive, golden raisins, toasted almonds and Meyer lemon vinaigrette. For entrees, there’s roasted turkey breast with whipped potatoes, stuffing, butternut squash, green beans, cranberry sauce and gravy, or an eight-ounce filet mignon served with a twice-baked potato, horseradish cream and bordelaise. For dessert, indulge in pumpkin cheesecake with vanilla whipped cream. Coach Grill also offers a takeout Thanksgiving Family Feast (serves 4-6; $285) available for pickup on November 27 and 28. 

Joe’s on Newbury

Located in the Back Bay’s most fashionable quarters, Joe’s on Newbury will showcase a three-course prix fixe ($65) as well as their a la carte menu. Slurp down corn chowder with crispy bacon, or gobble up a shaved Brussels sprouts salad with hazelnuts, cranberries, blue cheese and lemon-thyme vinaigrette. For entrees, there’s roasted turkey with whipped potatoes, stuffing, butternut squash, haricot verts, cranberry sauce and gravy, or a surf-and-turn with an 11oz grilled sirloin, shrimp scampi, fingerling potatoes and honey-glazed carrots. The dessert is a pumpkin cheesecake with vanilla whipped cream.

Joe’s Waterfront

Located atop Boston Harbor with unparalleled views of the city, Joe’s Waterfront will complement their signature all-day menu with a three-course Thanksgiving prix fixe ($65). Start with corn chowder with crispy bacon, or a shaved Brussels sprouts salad with hazelnuts, cranberries, blue cheese and lemon-thyme vinaigrette. For entrees, there’s roasted turkey with whipped potatoes, stuffing, butternut squash, haricot verts, cranberry sauce and gravy, or prime rib roast with new potatoes, haricots verts, horseradish and au jus. For dessert, a pumpkin cheesecake with vanilla whipped cream.

La Padrona

La Padrona is preparing for its first Thanksgiving and will be open on Thanksgiving Day with an exclusive Prix Fixe three-course menu ($125 per person), plus a dedicated children’s menu. Begin with an Autumn Misticanza (salad), Tuna Crudo or Tagliatelle Emilia-Romagna. For an entrée choose the Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner complete with Roast Stonewood Farm turkey, herb stuffing patatas, crème fraîche mashed potatoes, as well as other options like Charred Eggplant Parmigiana or Uni & Lobster Risotto. Finish the three-course meal with an Apple Tart, New England Pumpkin Pie and more.  Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant or via RESY. Thursday, November 28th – 3:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse

Gather your friends and celebrate Friendsgiving at Davio’s Northen Italian Steakhouse. The restaurant is hosting two interactive experiences at their Braintree and Lynnfield locations. Build a flower arrangement at a Friendsgiving Vino Flora Workshop while enjoying a variety of passed appetizers and Davio’s fine wines. Guests can create their own beautiful floral arrangement using a Davio’s wine bottle and freshly cut flowers presented by floral artist Asusena Texada. The hands-on workshops are $105 per person. All necessary supplies such as tools, flowers and an empty bottle of wine reused to be a vase are included in the ticket pricing. Two glasses of Davio’s Reserve Wines and appetizers are also included. Tax and gratuity are not included. Limited seating is available. Tickets for both Braintree and Lynnfield can be purchased online.  The Braintree Vino Flora Workshop is set for Saturday, November 23rd at 1:00 p.m. Lynnfield’s Vino Flora Workshop will be held on Monday, November 25th at 5:00 p.m.

Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse is also offering a special Thanksgiving meal on Thursday, November 28th from 11:00am to 8:00pm at all MA locations. Guests will enjoy items such as Oven-Roasted Vermont Free-Range Organic Turkey, Yukon Gold Creamy Potatoes, Butternut Squash, Challah Bread Herb Stuffing and more. We all know Thanksgiving isn’t complete without an All-American dessert. This year’s options include homemade Apple Pie, Pumpkin Pie, and Chocolate Pecan Pie. Children’s meals include Oven Roasted Turkey, Stuffing, Creamy Potatoes and Gravy.  Those looking for leftovers can take a turkey sandwich to go. The Tomorrow’s Turkey Sandwich comes with Oven Roasted Turkey, Stuffing, Cranberry Chutney, and Gravy on a Brioche bun. The Davio’s Thanksgiving dinner is $85 per adult and $35 per child (12 years & under). Featured Desserts are available for $15 each (excludes tax and gratuity). The full dinner menu is also available. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 888.772.4810 or by visiting the Davio’s website and selecting your desired location. 75 Chestnut

75 Chestnut is offering a three-course Thanksgiving prix-fixe menu for $115 per person. The meal excludes tax, gratuities, and beverages. Guests can dine in at various times throughout the day or pre-order Thanksgiving to-go. Reservations are recommended, and all pre-orders must be made by Tuesday, the 19th.

Atlantic Fish

Atlantic Fish will be serving Thanksgiving specials from 11 AM to 9 PM alongside its regular menu. The prix-fixe option is priced at $70 per person, or guests can choose à la carte. The prix-fixe includes a choice of Parsnip Soup or Harvest Salad as an appetizer, Roasted Turkey Breast or Hazelnut-Crusted Atlantic Halibut for the entrée, and Pumpkin Cheesecake for dessert.

Bistro du Midi

Bistro du Midi is offering a prix-fixe Thanksgiving menu for $90 on November 28 available from 10:30am to 8:00pm, with seating in both the Bistro and Main Dining Room.

Abe & Louie’s – Boston

Abe & Louie’s is offering a Thanksgiving prix-fixe menu for $78 per person, available from 11:30 AM to 10 PM. The prix-fixe includes Butternut Squash Soup as an appetizer, Roasted Turkey Breast for the entrée, and Pumpkin Cheesecake for dessert. Guests can also order à la carte from the regular menu.

Coach Grill

Coach Grill will serve a Thanksgiving prix-fixe menu for $70 per person, with dining available from 11 AM to 8 PM. The menu features Split Pea Soup or a Quinoa & Tuscan Kale Salad for the appetizer, Roasted Turkey as the main course, and Pumpkin Cheesecake for dessert. Guests can also choose from the regular dining menu.

Redstone American Grill

Redstone American Grill in Burlington is hosting a Thanksgiving buffet for $49.95 per adult and $19.95 per child aged 6–12, with children 5 and under eating for free. The buffet includes slow-roasted turkey, sliced roast beef, cornbread stuffing, mashed potatoes, glazed carrots, green beans, and a selection of desserts. The event takes place in a casually elegant setting from 11 AM to 8 PM.

Deuxave

Deuxave is offering a 3-course prix fixe Thanksgiving menu on November 28 for $139 per person, with beverages, taxes, and gratuity not included. This will be the only menu available on Thanksgiving Day.

Henrietta’s Table

Henrietta’s Table (Cambridge) is offering a Thanksgiving Buffet on November 28 from 12:00-6:00pm. Enjoy a spread including turkey with all the fixings, a raw bar, carving station with ribeye, smoked fish, waffles, an egg/omelet station, cheeses, and seasonal desserts. The buffet is priced at $125 per person, $55 for children aged 5-12, and free for children 4 and under.

Mistral

Mistral is taking reservations for Thanksgiving Day.

Mooo Restaurant Group

Mooo BEACON HILL, Mooo SEAPORT and Mooo BURLINGTON are taking reservations for Thanksgiving Day.

Tamo Bistro + Bar

Tamo Bistro + Bar is offering a 3-course Thanksgiving dinner on November 28, priced at $80 for adults and $30 for children, plus tax and gratuity.

Four Seasons One Dalton Street

Four Seasons One Dalton Street is offering a Thanksgiving buffet experience in the Beacon Ballroom. The cost is $249 per adult and $80 for children under 12. Reservations require a 72-hour cancellation notice to avoid a $125 fee per person, with the full amount charged for cancellations made within 24 hours. An 18% gratuity charge and local and state taxes will apply.

Eddie Merlot’s Prime Aged Beef & Seafood

Eddie Merlot’s Prime Aged Beef & Seafood is offering a three-course traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner for $49 per person, with a $24 option for children. The special menu will be available from 11 AM to 8 PM, alongside their regular dinner menu featuring signature items.

Neroli Ristorante

Neroli Ristorante in Westwood will be serving a Thanksgiving dinner featuring roasted turkey and traditional sides. Guests can also choose from the regular menu. Reservations are available throughout the day, offering a festive dining experience for the whole family.

The Fed at the Langham, Boston

The Fed at the Langham is offering a Friendsgiving dining experience for $60 per person. The event will take place from 3 PM to 9:30 PM, providing a fun, custom menu to celebrate with friends in a vibrant setting. Guests can enjoy an evening filled with great food and festive camaraderie.

The Berkeley

The Berkeley will host a Thanksgiving dining experience for $140 per adult and $50 per child under 12. The meal will feature chef-curated stations and a plated entrée. Reservations require a deposit, and cancellations must be made at least five days in advance for a refund.

Eastern Standard

Eastern Standard is serving a Thanksgiving three-course prix-fixe menu for $95 per person. The meal includes holiday favourites, New England dishes, and seasonal specials. A special kids’ menu and additional sides are also available.

The Merchant

The Merchant will offer a special three-course Thanksgiving menu priced at $75 per person, available all day. The regular menu will not be offered on Thanksgiving.

Beehive

Beehive is hosting a lively Thanksgiving celebration with live music and a traditional three-course prix-fixe menu for $95 per person. A kids’ menu is available for $29.
