Starbucks is marking the return of fall with the launch of its seasonal menu on August 26, available nationwide at cafés across Canada. The seasonal lineup combines classic favourites with new additions, highlighting pumpkin, pecan, and cozy flavours alongside a fresh wave of fall merchandise.
The Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) returns once again, over 20 years since its debut, crafted with real pumpkin, Starbucks Signature Espresso, steamed milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg, finished with whipped cream and pumpkin pie spices.
The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew also makes a comeback, made with cold brew, vanilla syrup, pumpkin cream cold foam, and a dusting of spice.
Another returning favourite, the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte, blends spiced chai with pumpkin cream cold foam and pumpkin topping.
New this year is the Pecan Oat Cortado, a warm drink served in an 8-ounce cup featuring Starbucks Blonde Espresso with notes of pecan, brown butter, holiday baking spices, and steamed oat beverage, topped with a pecan crunch.
The Pecan Crunch Oat Latte also returns, available hot or iced with vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Customers can further customize beverages with Salted Pecan Cream Cold Foam.
Beyond drinks, Starbucks Canada is introducing Mini Everything Bagels to its year-round menu. These bite-sized bagel rounds are filled with cream cheese and topped with sesame seeds, onion, garlic, poppy seeds, and pretzel salt.
Seasonal food items such as the Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin, Fox Sugar Cookie, and Raccoon Cake Pop also rejoin the menu. Coffee lovers can look forward to the return of the Guatemala Casi Cielo, a medium roast with citrus and cocoa notes celebrating the country’s Antigua Valley.
The brand is also releasing a seasonal merchandise line, featuring textured tumblers, mugs, and bottles inspired by fall. Highlights include the White Cable Knit Tumbler, Olive Green Cold Cup, Soft Orange Tumbler, Burgundy Twist-to-Sip Water Bottle, and a Stoneware Pumpkin Spice Latte Mug.
Starbucks will also debut an Artist Collaboration Series by Mike Willcox, showcasing Art Deco–inspired drinkware that pays tribute to coffee-growing regions, including designs featuring jungle, antelope, and island motifs.
The fall menu and merchandise will be available beginning August 26 for a limited time, while supplies last, at participating Starbucks cafés across Canada.
