Sprezzatura Restaurant is one of our favourite spots for Neapolitan Pizza in the Mount Pleasant neighbourhood of Vancouver (BC Canada).
I love the thin, airy crust of their Neapolitan pizzas and the use of fresh greens for their salads and toppings.
Their Beef Carpaccio is the best I’ve had and I love how they include capers and bread crumbs for extra taste and texture.
Their Prosciutto & Arugula pizza is our favourite. They also have a kid’s menu and our kids enjoy the Cheese and Pepperoni Pizzas. The Pepperoni that they use is also higher quality.
The restaurant’s spacious, well-appointed industrial-chic interior features high ceilings and an inviting atmosphere. The food is prepared in an open-kitchen.

Pear & Walnut Salad featuring romaine, pears, pecorino, radish, walnuts, walnut vinaigrette
