Sweets Soda Fountain, Crème de la Crème, Frenchies Sandwiches, and The Rosé Bar expand the food hall’s offerings to include exquisite desserts and boozy beverages.
Crème de la Crème
Crème de la Crème, an elevated pastry boutique, opened just in time for summer and has already seduced the palates of locals and international travelers.
Pastry Chef Armani Brigante is the artistic mastermind behind the creations at Crème de la Crème and specializes in modern European pastry art, offering customers a diverse selection of world-class creations.
Sweets Soda Fountain
Also joining the market’s curated tenant mix is Sweets Soda Fountain, which reimagines the classic soda fountain experience into a modern sweet bar.
The beverage-focused menu features signature flavors and drinks like Italian sodas and floats.
Prosecco on tap adds to the whimsical vibe of the modern soda fountain while offering adults something to indulge in.
An assortment of bonbons, candy, French macarons, cotton candy and other sweet specialties are also available for purchase.
The Rosé Bar
The Rosé Bar features well-known Rosé products in various formats – still, sparkling and frozen.
The instagramable bar has something for all Rosé lovers to enjoy while walking around the market or relaxing out in The Yard.
Frenchie’s Sandwiches
Rounding out the new merchant additions is Frenchie’s Sandwiches.
This spot offers a modern take on the classic French Dip Sandwich using fresh ingredients.
The menu boasts a range of dips from classic prime rib to portobello mushroom with the choice of tots on the side smothered in hatch green chile queso.
Sawmill Market is located at 1909 Bellamah Ave. in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and is open Sunday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
