Salumeria 104, a popular Italian trattoria under Miami-based Graspa Group, has officially expanded to Weston Florida. This marks the fourth location of the award-winning restaurant, renowned for its authentic Italian cuisine, rustic charm, and carefully curated ingredients. The new 4,000-square-foot restaurant offers a warm and inviting space that reflects the style of its sister locations, featuring black-and-white Italian photography, a visible wood-fired pizza oven, and handcrafted wooden tables.

Signature dishes include Burratina, Vitello Tonnato, house-made Tagliatelle Bolognese, Spaghetti alla Bottarga, and a variety of wood-fired pizzas. The menu also features traditional Italian meats and seafood, such as Porchetta and roasted Branzino, along with house-made desserts like Tiramisu.
