Pubbelly Sushi, the eclectic Japanese-Latin fusion neighbourhood gastropub recognised for its hyper-creative dishes created by founder chef and partner José Mendn, announces the launch of their newest location on March 11th at Shoma Bazaar, a new food hall in the centre of Doral. Pubbelly Sushi at Shoma Bazaar will be 9420 NW 41st Street.

Pubbelly Sushi Doral’s 576-square-foot stall will serve the full menu of Pubbelly Sushi favourites, including signature rolls like the insta-famous Butter Krab Roll; seafood, meats, and vegetables from the PB Grill; a selection of legendary Bao Buns; as well as Happy Hour food specials and a Sunday brunch menu.

Using a QR code menu and smartphone ordering system, guests will be able to order immediately from the counter or from their table.

Along with ample indoor seating, customers may purchase alcoholic beverages at Shoma Bazaar’s centre full bar.

To commemorate the occasion, the Doral team at Pubbelly is delighted to present an off-menu creative roll that will be available only in the new location for a short time only.
The Cachapa Roll is named after a classic Venezuelan meal and includes queso de mano, queso llanero, tofu truffle cream, NY steak, garlic cilantro aioli, red onion, crispy potato, and micro cilantro.

The new roll, which is packed with umami and a blend of intriguing ingredients that highlight Pubbelly’s hallmark fusion of Japanese and Latin tastes, adds something special to the neighbourhood.
Pubbelly Sushi originally launched in Miami Beach in 2010 and quickly became a residents’ favourite.

Pubbelly Sushi Doral will be the brand’s sixth outpost in South Florida, joining outlets in Aventura, Brickell City Centre, Downtown Dadeland, and Miami Beach. Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, and Pembroke Pines are among the other locations planned to launch this year.
