We know fans across Canada have been waiting to enjoy Louisiana-style cooking in their hometown, and after nearly a year of development, Popeyes has officially opened the doors to its newest restaurant in New Brunswick, Canada.
In the 38 years since Popeyes opened its first Canadian location, the brand has continued to expand its footprint and introduce Popeyes to new guests across the country.
The brand recently celebrated the opening of its 300th restaurant in Canada and boasts a total of over 3,000 restaurants across both the U.S. & Canada.
Alongside rapid expansion across Canada, Popeyes has also seen massive popularity among Canadian residents.
In fact, when the brand opened its first restaurant in Nova Scotia earlier this year, demand was so high that the drive through line backed up onto the highway and at one point it was over a kilometre long!
This new restaurant is located at 999 Mountain Road, Moncton, NB, and guests can stop by to try Popeyes famous offerings, including the internet-breaking Chicken Sandwich and the brand-new Chicken Nuggets, as well as our traditional menu items.
The brand is continuing to expand its footprint in the Maritimes with its great partner Keel Group, to help grow Popeyes throughout Atlantic Canada.

The line up on Mountain Road to get into Popeye's drive through is often ridiculously long and results in traffic problems. Why the city granted Popeye's permission to enter and exit onto Mountain Road remains a mystery.
