The focal point of the menu is a curated selection of Steaks & Chops that highlight various cuts and marbling intensities. Cuts range from a lean Filet to a classic NY Strip, a primal cut Ribeye and two different types of Wagyu, to a nutty Dry-Aged Bone-In NY Tomahawk.  At the diner’s preference, each cut is either wood-grilled to perfection over hickory wood or enhanced with a signature Pink Steak coffee-rub. An additional layer of culinary glam can be supplemented with the addition of “surf” options of crab and lobster, a choice of seared foie gras, or the accompaniment of house made sauces and garnishes.
