For the duration of the summer games, guests can indulge in a juicy Wagyu Beef adorned in gold leaf, reminiscent of the shiny gold medals Team USA is sure to bring home. The main course is served alongside Philippe’s signature Lobster Fried Rice, taking the gold standard to the top of the podium.
Priced at $75, Philippe Chow will donate 50% of each golden dish sold to the nonprofit dedicated to supporting Team USA athletes on and off the field. (Available July 26-August 11)
Diners who can’t make it into the Upper East Side or Downtown locations can also get in on the philanthropic fun. For every $200 gift card sold, Philippe Chow will donate $50 to the foundation through August 11.
