The Balfour Dining

The Balfour Hotel’s food and beverage program is led by Executive Chef Antony Awak, who recently curated a robust new menu. Guests can bring their four-legged friends to lounge in the hotel’s picture-perfect courtyard or on its charming front porch as they indulge in a variety of fresh plates and cocktails. Delectable selections include Moroccan Spiced Grilled Chicken ($29), served with Israeli couscous, garlic labneh and ras el hanout; Manakish Flatbread ($16), made with za’atar, tomatoes, labneh and olives; and Arugula & Grapefruit Salad ($18), prepared with black figs, radish, fresh herbs and sherry vinaigrette.
